[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — Delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder

Dear Sir
We have booked the refiling of GAS on 10th Dec. 2012 with Jayaram gas agency, 131/129 D Block, 1st Main Road, Annanagar East, Chennai-600102. for the consumer number15357 & booking Ref.no.29818451. But after repeated reminders/ requests to the Agency, no action has been taken to deliver the GAS cylinder. I went personally twice & requested that i am running out of gas and using Induction stove. I repeatedly called their all telephone numbers they didnt even bother to pickup. Pls do the needful. Please take appropriate action.

Pl ref the above.During augest 2012, 2-ND week we received last full cylinder. On 3rd September 2012- we booked, more than 15 times we enquirer WITH EVEN INTERVENES, still we not in receipt of full cylinder.Distributor or their staff doing some corruption or some bungling business.we request your intervention in this reg and steam line the supplies properly..

Bharat Petroleum — gas cylinder not delivered

Gas cylinder is not delivered....to the destination (residing house) even after the complaint......and delivery boy don't respond to the call clearly.
i booked the cylinder MARCH 2013.

My consumer no. is 20557 at kalyan east. I have booked for LPG Gas on 17.12.2012. immediatly i got the msg booking ref no22194561 But till today it is not delivered to me. Rather the Dealer is saying that it will take another 4-5 days to delivery the same. Again i check today still same anser.

Dear Sir,
I am Ram SIngh Sankhla From Bikaner Rajasthan a regular consumer of Bharat Gas and My dealer is--
Vaid Magaram Gas Agency, Bikaner and my consumer No is 11904. I booked my cylinder on 25-Dec and pay online. But in my online account delivery shows on 29 Dec but I did not get my cylinder and dealer also says that we have delivered your cylinder. Sir The dealer sold illegally my cylinder.
