Bharati Airtel Service, India — Deficiency in service from airtel

I have been requesting the Airtel Mobile service since Sept 2007 to De-activate the Local itemsed charges. Inspite of repeated complaints and also assurance from their customer care serivce they used charge the amount in every month. Even I got a mail from their Customer Care executive Shir Arvind Kumar Varma the charges will be adjusted/de-activated from the bill of Nov 2007. Even after this assurance, the bill I recived to-date included the amount[protected]. I could not understand that even after from their higher authority they are going one charging the amount. Thus this is a clear evidence of "Deficiency in Service" and mental torture of the company. Therefore I should write also in the dailies regarding their "deficiency in service.
