Bharati Call Taxi — Mismatch in Price and Cheating

We have rented a Bharathi call taxi from Saidapet to High Court, Chennai on[protected]. Before booking it, i confirmed to the lady spoken regarding booking that the cost for the first 5 km is rs 100 and after that it is Rs. 10 for each km. Also, she told that i can take any long time of waiting and for waiting, it is Rs. 50 per hour. So, i took it from saidapet, and reached high court which is 12.2 km (Hence it sould cost Rs 100 (First 5 km) + Rs. 80 for the remaining 7.2 km. But he charged Rs. 250 for that. Also, for 5 hrs of waiting, it is around 250 rs. So, total distance travelled + waiting comes around 450 Rs. But he charged me 770 Rs. and starts bargaining. finally he came to a cost of Rs. 550.

The most shocking fact that he revealed on the destination is that the drivers eyesight is not good. He just driven in an assumption. We were shocked. He also hit a car by side. Then what the hell is the agency doing while selecting the drivers.

Also, the car didnt started itself from the source. We were made to push the car to get it started. This is a hell of a Service. They have to correct it and shouldnt take such blind drivers for the cab.
