[Resolved]  Bharati Call Taxi — Responsibility

This is Balaji. I've been using Bharati call taxi since many years. But this is second time I'm facing such irritating issue with them. Booking number is 1848 today (14.06.2012) for 7:30 PM. It was for a very sensitive and very urgent trip. When I call them at 7:30 that I have not yet got the cab they said that due to traffic its getting delayed. And after sometime they said that it was cancelled due to unavailability of cab. When I asked him the executive what can I do now, if you inform in last moment only after I'm asking. His answer was very much irritating and worried. Honestly at first time I thought everyone can not be perfect at all times and I ignored it. But the way the employee answered at this time stimulated me to write this. I would not say please don't use Bharati call taxi. but it's better to avoid when you are in unavoidable urgency. There are a lot of chances their carelessness would skid you at neck of the moment. This kind o[censored]nethical employees would hamper the business and reputation of Bharathi call taxi and its going to be out of market if its continued. They can't compensate my lose.
