[Resolved]  Bharati Call Taxi — Poor customer care and service

This is Rajesh. i booked a pickup from avadi to egmore, I asked to pickup at 7 Pm, Becaue my train was 9 PM at egmore. The booking number is 925. on 06/06/2011. Just 19 KMs i hope, 2hrs enough. The driver comes to pickup us on 7.30. He is not aware of the routes. He reaches choolaimedu at 8.50 PM. i contact Bharathi call taxi. if the driver not able to go to egmore by 9 then plz drop us at tambaram or chengalpattu. i will pay the amount. But the guy in bharathi call taxi said, He will drop you before 9 PM. But unfortunately the driver hits the wall which is in road side, Because of his rash driving. And the car weel gets broken. Not able to Move the vehicle again. we missed the train. I lost 3300 Rs. Its a tatkal booking.

i contacted the bharathi taxi again for drop us in avadi. He said we will arrange a alternate vehicle for you and he said to wait in the place. We are waiting on the same place with my kid (one month old) more than one hour. They are not picking the phone. Even they picks they drop the phone when i explain the situation. after that i arrange a another call taxi and reaches home by 11.30 PM.
On that day only i contacted Bharathi call taxi number more than 25 times they picks the call and drop the call when they comes to know my name. Finally one guy gives the customer care number. I contacted that number also. They are also did the same thing. I don't ask anything, simply i ask them to drop me at my home. They never going to did that also. Very very poor service. and irresponsible aswers from Bharathi call taxi. I never face this much of very poor service in any sector. Plz never choose this for your urgents. I had a very very bad experience with them.

suvidhaa ek asuvidhaa dene wala projact hai, koi bhi is co ke upper biswas nahin kar shakta. kyoun ki, main 26/08/10 ko inke seles agents aaye mr Tathagata saha or sukumar pramanik ne hamain samjhaya ki hamarain taraf se sab suvidhaa diya jayega aap hamari co ka service le ligiye, hamnain liya dusre ke naam ka site de rahain hain woh hum nahin lainge .us ke baad jab bhi phone karo aap hamko do din ka samay dijiye. jitne bhi wohan par hai, sab ka ek hi drama hai. service ke naam per 0 hai. bhashan baazi hai kaam ka koi nahin hai. jo pad rahain hongain. who kabhi suvidhaa na le.unko apne engineer per bhi krodh hai. hamko hamara rs wapas karain wahi acha rahain ga. suvidhaa walon se gozaarish hai ki aap hamarain upar kripa karain. aap logon ne jo service bataya tha woh software se kaam nahin kar raha hai.

I never faced such worst service from travel agencies… I have done advance booking for taxi last Friday at 3 pm from Mount road to Central. Requested the Taxi should be reported at 8 pm same day and got confirmation booking number 1769. Post that there is no response from your booking centre about driver information. Around 7.33 pm got another message for Taxi confirmation with Driver details post my call to your call centre.

We were waiting for such long time, there is no response from driver and call centre. Then we took auto rickshaw and reached to railway station in last movement. Since, try to reach the call centre person but, there is no proper answer. However, we received the SMS on 11.13 pm abut inability to arrange the taxi, with cancelations information.

Again yesterday (5th Aug 2012) booked another one, which we face same issue. Booking accepted and confirmation 2385, post that got SMS booking has cancelled due to various reason.

My question here is, if you do not have a taxi, while taking booking itself you can inform to customer for unavailability.
Really I have faced one of worst service with Bharthi call taxi dated on 2nd october. I have booked a taxi on a package basis fixed amount 2600 and my booking number was 762. After having tour I got shoked when driver chaged for 3800, then i call to Bharathi call taxi complaing number while talking to me he was releasie my problem and after that he talk to Drive. After talking to driver his tone got changed and tole me to pay the amount what he asking. Someone for Bharthi taxi side given you a wrong information for this we are not responsibe and he cut his phone. After that again i tried to calling but he didn't picked the phone. I called to customer care with all the history so many times but i have never got response back from Bharthi. Even i would go with normal plan with Bharthi then i would never pay such a amount.

Here my question is how can a company who is claiming one of best service provider and no. 1 call taxi can behave such inresponsibe way ? And one of worst part there is no complaing section/number in the site.

I rented a 4 hours 40km package car on 5th Dec 2012 5pm this booking was done 01st Dec. I got the booking no has 03.
On 5th dec morning also I once again called your customer care and confirmed about my booking your agent told everything fine we will send cab by 5pm without any change.
5th dec evening by 4.15pm I got a message from your team that car is on the way to my address .
Then I got a call from your car driver that he will able to come by 6.30 pm or 7 pm only.
Them your agent called me and told that unable to send car so they cancelled my booking.

I need car by 5 pm what is use if you come by 6.30 pm. Why this kind worst service you giving to customer.
Even there is delay from your it should be intimated to me before 3 or 4 hrs/

I booked car due to I need to attend a function at a particular time . So due to your misrepresented customer service
I booked urgently a alternate car and too paid 2000rs. So I payed 1200rs extra to a car vendor due to your bad service who will bare this whether bharathi call taxi will pay back me.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem soon before seeking help from a consumer protection agency’

Dear consumers. This company is a real fraud. Please dont go whih these guys. Eventhough they charge less price per kilometer but they cheat the customer in meter reading.
My experience is from Selaiyur to Chennai central railway station it is 30.7 kms and it should cost not more than 680 rs (according to the tariff displayed in the website). But they have charged 900 rs. And when you call their customer care for complaining than they are not at all responsible.
One of the worst company in modern world.

Please dont take it.

I am Vijay from Selaiyur. Very very worst experience with Bharathi call taxi for the 2nd time. When i travelled to erode on may'2013, I booked the cab from selaiyur to chennai central station to take the Yercaud express at 10.40pm. Eventhough we booked the cab at 8.30, the driver came 9'o clk only at the night. The driver was keep on telling i will come within 5 mins sir and he made 30 mins. At last, we reached 10.30 at the station, because of the driver poor driving skills/ to hike to meter rate. I was running with my two luggages. And my wife is also running with a bag by pulling 3 yr old daughter. And she was shouting because not able to run. We got the train at the last minute.

And worst of all, my parents-in-law were travelling to Erode in Kovai express at 2.30pm. We booked the bharathi taxi at 10.30 am for 12.30 pm to start from our home. Booking id is 3021. The stupid driver was telling all the non-sense reason and reached 1.15pm to my home. And he took them to central towards Thiruvanmaiyur, beach road. What stupid idea. My parents-in-law didn't know how much time it takes to reach. He reached exactly 2.30pm at the station. And they missed the train. Train ticket Rs.300 + Call taxi charges R.600 lost. Who can answer our questions. Very very worst service from Bharathi call taxi. don't opt for it at any situation.
When call the customer care, that lady was making sound like hearing a story when i was explaining all these things. and she cooly asking me 'did you really miss the train'. what the heck with these peoples..why should waste my money to talk with these stupid peoples.
Friends, please make 'Bharathi call taxi' as a worst case option. DOn't opt immediattely..
hey .. had a very bad experience with bharathi today .. a person called jeeva from customer service in Chennai .. doesnt he know how to talk to the customer .. raising his voice and coming for a fight .. i was in a very big doubt whether am the customer or he is the customer .. if any high level official seems to see this post .. please take the necessary action against such employee because your whole reputation will be lost i[censored] have such irresponsible employees .. u can even hear the recorded voice transaction today (13th Oct '13) sometime by 1.30 to 2 pm.

This is to inform you that I have booked Bharthi call taxi on 1st Feb 2014 ( Sat ) at 20.37 my booking No.1697 for booking the vechile on 2nd Feb 2014 (Sunday) at 8.30 Am. till 8 Am, I have not received any communication regarding my vechile after I called up 8.30 am Bharathi call taxi confirm that the booking is Cancelled. I have approached again Bharathi Call taxi the supervisor un able pick up my calls also and not bothered regarding my compliant.

I am very much upset yesterday regarding the above service provider.
