my name is sanjeev kumar, #, HE-1043, phase-1 Mohali My compaint isthat i am puirchased 2 airtel recharg coupns for rupees 20 of 10 each but onwhich SR NO [protected], & PIN NO [protected], WHICH WHEN I RECHARGE DIAL *130* PIN NO # THAN HE SHOWS THIS VOUCHER IS ALREADY USED BY ANOTHER MOBILE pHONE nO SO PLS I COMPALINED AGAINST DOUBLE ISSUE OF PIN NO & SR NO BY THE SAID AIRTEL COMPANY &

kindly request to You pls verify this pin no & give appropriate compensation to me because i am face very difficulti because i want to urgent call pls reply this mail

dear sir i purchased rs 10 recharge coupn which sr no [protected] & pin no [protected] which valur rs 7.07 not credited in my mobile phone balance its shows this voucher is all ready used by another mobile phone no. & shopkeeper said i am not responsible for this & company must resposible for that

so pls request to u pls give blance to my phone no otherwise i goto consumer forum & suit agnst ur company regarding fraud

Dear Sir

This is just a query relaited my Blackberry 8320 handset. I want to know about the shortcut keys os this handsed, actully i have around 300 voice recordings in my phone which is stored in the memory of my phone i want to delete all the recording in only one go because to delete each entry seperatly is a big deal for me i have already contacted to blackberry customer care regarding the same and followed the instructions they said but still it's not solved they gave me this address for contact please help me out.

this is very awkward for the company like airtel is so careless, which left the complaints made by email unattended. i made an email 5 days ago about the poor airtel sevice in the village near khanna. due to this problem we have to carry an additional mobile of other company for communication. i am using your service from last 5 years. this is very disappoiting that you are not taking any action aginst the complaints. i have called customer care executive he is tlking about the house( when it was made, of what material it was, whether there is power line near house) this is very sad. i hope you look into this mail.

I am customer of your company from more than three years. i have availed the services of group phone and paying the bill month wise as per your demand but i object every time for music tune charges because i have need only sms services but your company senior employee says on your behalf that you have to pay for music services charges compulsary that is the direction of the higher managment
On 3/12/2010 your concerned collection person have collected the payment of pending bill according to your record
Suddenly today morning we have seen on our all mobiles phone number that SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAIL and also incoming and outgoing have stopped by your company
So both your systems are ILLEGAL according to rules of Government of india, your company cannot take compulsary music charges and cannot stop incoming and outgoing services without any intimation
Please improve your system otherwise we will not continue to be your customer and also we will take the action in NATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION DELHI for illegal activity of your company according to law

Mesage Body is:
"You have been renewed for subnobsports subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re. 1."

Whenever I dial customer care number ([protected] or [protected]) computer replies: "This no.does not exist." customercare of "121" don't help me, they say for Punjab "dial [protected]" they will listen your request.

Per day I am getting this message 10 times (10 messager per day) and I AM LOOSING MY BALANCE. please solve my problem. Please unsubscribe this service from my number.

Hukam Chand Village - Dablain, Teh. - Narwana, Distt. - Jind (Haryana) - 126116, Monthly rentals since last six months are not being paid by the company. It is strongly recommended that matter be looked after personally and necessary action to credit the amounts with interest in the A/C of owner at the earliest on top priority without wasting more time.
