[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Mobile Services) — Customer Helpline issue

I have a cell number of Airtel. They are deducting an Amount from my prepaid balance for Value added services but it was not working from last one year. I complain lots of time and have lot of Service request number they always told me that they will resolve the problem but never done.
There helpline number keep me for hold and then after a long wait my call disconnect automatically this happens again and again.
Now I need help for the same because there senior are also not help me out.
Request numbers are:

Had a talk with there senior Mr. Gaurav Bhargav but he was not interested for resolution.

I am the loyal customer of internet connection of airtel and we have another 3 connection for airtel lanline no of 4073639, 4073964 and 4270364 I hav complian on my broadband net connection no 4062631 in name of my father Mr. shyam lal mulchandani my father has submitted the bill of feb-march of Rs.780 on 9th of march but after that also airtel customer calling me and my father everytime and today itself the Raipur service center which is on katora talab again called me and sent 1 guy for bill collection and given me the notification that ur connection going to cut today 3pm itself
Sir/madam plz do sth I m going to frustrated from ur services and now my loyalty not allow me to persistent toward ur brand plz keep my believe on u guys

Sir, i have been using airtel number since January 2010, my number is [protected], there is problem in outgoing calls for the last 3 months. I have lodged my complaint so many times but airtel executives are not able to rectify and resolve my problem. Please do me a favor and try to resolve my inconvenience.
1 more thing tht airtel complaint number 198 is absolutely useless because whenever i tried the call could not be connected to the customer care executive after i had to call on chargeable number 121 but they also could not resolve my outgoing calls problem.

My name is Om Prakash Patel I am presently serving in Indian Army. I have an AIRTEL MP Prepaid Number [protected] for the last 2 Years or so, I had been receiving unwanted SMS-es especially from “: Love Tips of the day”: which blatantly told me that one rupee per msg is being deducted . I contacted AIRTEL helpline several times, but the customer care executives were not very helpful, every time I was told problem has been rectified .But I am receiving daily two SMS and Rs 2/- deducted from my main account. I feel very helpless and cheated from your side. Not only this many times the VAS services automatically started in my number & charged Rs 30/- then every time I requesting your help line nos 121 & 198 now these are also not helpful for me. I am feeling very embarrassing and helpless for losing my hard earned money every day. I am going to unsubscribe from AIRTEL for my other 4 family AIRTEL Mobiles and educate my surroundings with this fact if my request is not entertained fast.
Now I request your good self to STOP all the extra services on my number with immediate effect and credit my amount in my account.

Bharti Airtel Limited — Shifting request not entertained

We registered a service request 4998774 with Airtel call centre on Oct 1,2011 for shifting of our Airtel landline,broadband and iptv phone no.[protected] to our new address. TAT given to us was 3 days till Oct 4,2011. We were told by local airtel people around that shifting of connection can take months but we choose to believe the authorities and relied on customer care.

We received a call from airtel that our existing plan 999 is not available any more and forced us to change plan to 1099 or 1199. When we asked them how long it will take to shift they said this is not the right department and we are not aware.

When nobody contacted us till Oct 4,2011 we again gave call to call center 198 on Oct 5,2011 and they assured us by 5 p.m same day airtel person will call for installation. We gave them this time also.

Again to our surprise nobody contacted us entire day.We again called on Oct 6,2011 they said the open service request has been escalated and they want one last opportunity to serve and assured that by Oct 7,2011 11.00 am somebody from airtel will surely call. NOBODY CONTACTED THIS TIME ALSO.

We again informed call centre and this to floor manager also. They provided us with Delhi Nodal officers no.[protected].

When we tried calling Nodal officer the pre recorded female voice made us wait for approx 10 min for so many times with final outcome " OUR NODAL OFFICER IS BUSY CALL AGAIN LATER".

We fail to understand does airtel think that their officers have right to be busy and we being their customer have duty to follow them as if by choosing airtel we have choosed headache for us.

WHY are we forced to change our plan.We have shifted in the same city if the company have decided to discontinue the existing plan does that mean the existing customers will have to bear that.

Can anybody help us.............we are feeling cheated by airtel every moment.
