[Resolved]  Bhiwadi Indane Gas Service — Gas booking problem

Indane Gas — Not delivery at commited period and blackmarketing.

Hi,
This is complaint against Gurgaon Gas Service, delhi-mehroli road, Gurgaon. I booked my gas on 16 th July 08, and we were said to deliver gas cylinder on or before 27th July 08. On 27th july, the gas delivery man mr. Israj came into Patel nagar street (where we residing) and delivered gas to some persons who booked on 15 or 16 th july but not to us. As i communicated with their office on phone, they said today your gas was to deliver on same day and your gas slip has been issued. But till date(29 july), I did n't get delivery of Gas cylinder. This is 3rd & 4 th time that the delivery man give cylinder on some other person at higher prices on slip of geniune person. I also told him about it and told that i'll complaint about you then he replied go & do it, no use.
Please could you kindly look into this matter.

Indane Gas — Indane Gas Service Problem

Dear Sir,

I have Indane Gas connection in Chennai for the past two years, before that i was in Coimbatore, i transferred this connection from coimbatore to Chennai, my token got exhausted, when i approach agency for new token they are asking ration card, i have not applied for ration card so far, that too for new connection if they ask ration card it is correct, but now they are refusing to issue fresh token. Please confirm me their action is correct or tell me the procedure to get fresh token again. when i take new connection that time i submitted no ration card certificate at Coimbatore. Please help me in this regard. My Agency name is Arjuna Indane Agency - Kolathur.

Even in Feb.2009 the status has not changed. Same worst scenario is there.

Nobody picks up the phone.

Delay in gas supply is very normal.

Not ready to keep the gas cylinder at First / Second floor.

I am residing in Bhiwadi, Distt.Alwar (Rajasthan). I have got gas connection from Bhiwadi Indane Gas Service (A dealer of Indane Gas in Bhiwadi). The problems are: 1. Booking of gas (most of time its booking tel no.is out of order[protected] or they don't pick), 2. Behaviour of concerned staff (they just talk the way they are oblizing by giving gas cylinder), 3. Shortage of gas on official booking (dealer give only one cylinder a month, even for counting period of one month they don't consider for delay in earlier month) but gas cylinder is easily available in black market.

Right now i booked gas on 5th March and was assured that Cylinder will reach before 13-14th March. It never reached till 21st. I enquired on sunday dt 22.3.09 and found that it has been delivered wrongly. The agency owner gave me a coupon and asked me to take delivery from godown on tuesday dt 24.3.09 . I took leave from my office for this work and on reaching at godown I saw a long queue. I asked the godown owner to provide me cylinder on priority as I was having a token receipt. He refused and instructerd me to stand in queue. Before my turn came all cylinders were distributed and I remained helpless and returned back empty hand.

The company like Indane should look into this to achive customer satisfaction otherwise the gas supply is full of harrassment.

I AM ALSO PUZZLE FROM SAME DEALER MY REGISTRATION NO. IS B-8061 THEY HAVE BOOK CYLENDER AFTER 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND THEY DELEVER CYLENDER AFTER 15 TO 25 DAYS AFTER BOOKING.
PL. TAKE ACTION FOR THIS.

I am 100% agree with above problem.

There is no other LPG dealer in Bhiwadi. Due to which, the current dealer is running his monopoly.
He always gives us the fake reason of short supply and delivers the cylinders after 15 days. Whereas, on the other hand, there are ample number of cylinders available in black market.
Anyone can buy a cylinder from black market in Rs 750. This is the worst condition and highly unacceptable for consumers.

Please do something in this regard otherwise some day, we, the residents will have to take some strict action against this.

These are available openly in market.
No restriction and no shortage of supply is the concern with those people.

I am agree with your problem we book a gas on 5 th supply in 25th or in the delivery recipt the booking date is 21st this is every time. please take action they adujusting the booking date in the slip.

EVERY CONSUMER CAN GIVE REQUEST ON A PLAIN PAPER ALONG WITH ORIGINAP PAPERS TO BHIWADI INDANE TO TRANSFER TO HIS CONNECTION TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR OF IOCL M/S NCR INDANE AT 1, GANPATI MALL, SAMTAL ROAD, BHIWADI. THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE 10 MI. TIME AT BHIWADI INDANE TO TRANSFER AND 10 MIN TIME AT NCR INDANE TO RELEASR CONNECTION. IN THIS PROCESS THERE IS NO NEED OF SUBMITING THE CYLINDERS AND REGULATOR ETC. ONLY YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT ORIGINAL PAPERS AND YOU WILL GET NEW PAPERS FROM ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR.

We have booked a cylinder about 25 days ago.After requesting they send cylinder on monday unfortunately we are not in house after seeing the remark
we are requested daily for cylinder they are telling sending tomorrow every day same question we are visited personally 1st jan to dealer they are telling we have cancelled by requesting they are giving date on 3rd jan. we have no gas in our house we have requested they are not giving today
my book cylinder where kept in the name of our booking cylinder they are saying we have no gas at present they are saying you complaint anywhere we are not to give cylinder the staff of agency thet are arrogant they are not cooperating with us so we are heard the govt. cylinder is not at shortage why these type of agency creating problems to customers please take necessary action on this complaint and send us mail : [protected]@etacon.co.in
