This is what happened to my BIDS10.COM account. There were many instances in which i lost but i thought that it was my bidding that was faulty.Then this happened samsung galaxy note : went for Rs.1510 but i was bidding and bidding and bidding for the item and there was 6 seconds still left i clicked the bid button more than 6 times and i still lost and i couldn't understand why i had lost.same day apple i phone went for Rs.114 samsung galaxy tab 7.5": went for Rs.541 this item was at Rs.415 and the timer hit 0 seconds and i thought at last i won something,a whole minute elapsed before the timer restarted and guess the price, Rs.416 and there were still some bids left in my account and so continued bidding till Rs.539 until all my bids were done and guess what it went for the other person at 541.same day samsung galaxy sII went for Rs.141 so in conclusion i just want to say something that these are some instances i saw.i sincerely advice to stay away from the website BIDS10.COM but it is your money and so you can go through the hassle and in the end turn up empty handed and curse your own bad luck or you can wise up and heed my advice and save your money and go to the shop and buy it. I had won three items on bids10.com and lot on some but i trust the site and its good.
We cannot concentrate on two products at a time on two auctions - this is a personal experience and i won on certain products

There are endless accounts of winning on bids10.com and i have interacted with many before purchasing bids and i lost many auctions.
i had the same problem when i started if i stay online for more than one hour without any activity my session gets logged out and the timer would run but i would not be able to bid, this was explained to me when i called them and i have rectified it . but at the same time i also have won products on this site and i trust this site.
many of these accounts are also on facebook group of bids10.
please before putting a complaint know what a session means

I do trust the site its been fair to me i have won more than 6 products on this site and i have recomended many friends and they have also won on this site .
i personally know 3 people in my town who have won on this site

i am agree with the above complaint...its totally fake and fraud site...we must take some legal action against these kind of fraud bidding sites...even they cheated me more than 5 times...
i won a philips home theatre worth Rs. 55000 last year but they suspend the auction saying that there was some fault in our system and we are cancelling the auction...but i analized that everything was fine timer was fine, bidding goes fine and finally the timer goes to Zero and i announced winner in the ended auction but the immeidately called me and said that we are cancelling this auction...when i said that show me what kind of problem you have then they don not satisfied me and cancelled the auction...so guys plz dont trust on BIDS10.COM and dont waste there money on this site...BIDS10.COM TOTALLY FRAUD SITE...THEY ARE THE BIG CHEATERS AMONG IN THE BIDDING SITES...BIG CHEATERSSSSSSSSSSSSS...

@gopss we have checked through your complaint and seen that even after your bids were completed the auction went 1300 Bids, that means that you lost for not having bids in your account, if you not satisfactory please speak to us .

i am really sorry to hear that but you should have been more careful before buying bids on such a bids10.com scamster website. I am sorry it was my bad for not bringing this issue.my laptop is Intel Core i7-2640M processor 3.50 GHz with 8gb ram even with that i was scammed on bids10.com. with that itself i could not win anything.

This type of bidding concept is becoming a big trend on the rise. There is a small shroud of legitimacy, however, it is hidden like a needle in a haystack of fine print, and deceptive wording. Too many people fail to read that fine print, or do their homework and get screwed.
This site (bids10.com) places desirable products and services for its members to "bid" for. On first glance, the prices at which previous winning bids have secured for items seems ridiculously cheap. Hence you will be tempted to purchase bids from them once your free bids from joining are used up.
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!
There is no notice what the minimum bid price is that they are looking for, or even if there is an existing one.So when the last few seconds of the bid arrives, and you place what you think is your winning bid, THE TIMER RESTARTS AGAIN!This is a complete scam, it tricks you into buying more bids!
If you get scammed, there's nothing that can be done about it.
The old adage of "If its too good to be true" pokes it's head up again. Read the fine print, do some research and for god sakes...be careful where you put your credit/debit card info/bank accts/etc. Hmm...i've also spent some money but realised the winnings are manipulated.
They use bots to bring in genuine people to pay their bids to them and end the auction by 'winning' the items back themselves. They never had to even purchase the items in the first place.It just takes sometime to analyze and watch the site to understand how these scammers run it.Don't be fooled by greed just because they are 'cheap'! It is a gamble of your money anyway.
I myself have been fooled more than three times. i had more than 520 bids available and there was 9 seconds left on the timer and i clicked the bid button continuosly but to no avail, it went to some scripts/bots. There was another time where i was the last bidder and the timer went to 0 and i waited 11 seconds before the timer started again from 15 seconds could you imagine the shock on my face, here's what i say "THIS WEBSITE IS PURELY A SCAM AND DONOT EVER EVER GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS SCAMSTER WEBSITE".
In a nutshell, the more popular an item with numerous bidders, the higher the profit margin for the owners.I hope I did not analyse right and I truly hope many people out there do not get yourself into this.To the website owners, this is an un-ethical way to make money.
Btw, I reckon at least 99% of those winners are all GHOST BIDDERS created by the owner.Why is it the law has not caught up with these scumballs? Cheating, conning, manipulating, scammers...etc is against the law. So why are they still operating?
Please advise a complaint site for the government to check on the crooked practices they should be made to refund the money to all customers who they have earned money from This site is a hoax just observe how the bids works, and it is artifically being played out by the owners

Some will even go as far as to say I love this site! because it has no autobidder like many other sites. just create id's then they themselves question and they themselves answer but with an different id.Anyone can do this... so easy to make money. Plain Scam at work. SURE WIN business model for web owner at the expense of many bidders whom is going to pay a price for it. They can manipulate the outcome. If a particular auction is going to close with insufficient bidders/interests to even cover the cost of the item, the administrator can use a fictitious/bot/ghost account to win the bids.
No one will ever know the winner except the owner. In the event of a "real" winner, the owner can simply purchase the physical goods and have it delivered to the real winner. Anyway, the owner would have profited several thousands to lakhs of rupees net after deducting the cost from that item. So they are "right" in a sense to advocate the point that they are "GENUINE" business.There is no regulation nor audit. But some simple maths/figures may prove that this business is too good not to be missed. Especially by people with no conscience.

It's simple to draw the conclusion that such websites are proned to manupilation and if consumers choose to bid, they will be wasting their precious money as the website owners cannot 'Close' the auctions until they breakeven at the very least.

1) losers - thinking that they can win something for nothing!! There is no free lunch on earth. Websites like this had scripts/bots built-in to autobid but not available to you and me.

for ex. there is a Samsung Galaxy note which the user has won, but he keeps bidding for the same product again and again and again...(mrp.37000 well the website owner might say the first one for him (because he won the contest) then his wife then his daughter/son get my drift where i am going with this.. )
then there is samsung galaxy ace that went for 5 (mrp 16000 well the website owner might say No one was bidding that's why it went so cheap, yeah... come on guys gimme a break)
and samsung galaxy y went for 516 (mrp 7225 Now you can see what i am talking about look at the mrp of the previous one and this one (or) this is what happened the scripts/bots saw that there was no one to bid and decided that it was a waste of time)

then there is the lowest auction that is another scam...
bcos there is ony one problem with that, whichever amount you bid it says not unique, finally it will be given to someone (scripts/bots).at least with the other auction you can see that it is you against the scripts/bots but with this there is only one winner (scripts/bots) everybody else will lose, on the whole this is another scam...
If you guys realised the trends of the winners, its either:
1. The high bidders could be scripts/bots
2. The 'usual' bidders - check out the winning id (different names, could be the same person behind aka fake accounts)
Do you ever QUESTION this:
1. Why the ppl using has SO MUCH BIDS? you can easily spot some...bidding for even 9 hours at a stretch.
2. What is the reason of bidding if you have so much money? Can't you BUY it elsewhere?
3. The history of the bids are always a PORTION, very easy to find out who are the fake bidders aka manipulators...
To the website owners:
1. Show full history - if we are talking about transparency
2. Get the owners to post pictures with the winning prize, with their phone numbers - this can be included in your T&C - simple right?
3. Post the product delivery details state, phone number (because we can talk with the user and cross check with the user whether the product was actually delivered, of course you can cross check the phone no with the state)
Even after all this if you are not sure don't part with your hard earned money to bids10.com. Finally just one thing the person before me said that NOTE went for 1510 you are not right bcos 1510 X 10 would be 15100 and on top of that it will go to some autobidder/bots.
Finally i just want to say this to the website owners "GET A JOB RATHER THAN CONNING PEOPLE WITH THIS SCHEMING, CHEATING, MANIPULATING"

1. An auction cannot be won without placing 10 minimum bids
2. If someone has bought 1000 bids and there are two people who have bought bids then the auction goes untill 2000 Rs(PRACTICALLY SPEAKING).
3. The auction means after the timer ends the power bidding starts means on every bid the auction ads 15 sec and you need to be the last person when the timer hits zero and there is no point in bidding before the power bidding time and wasting bids this is very clear in the site .
Rating the second point that means that you have to be there untill last to win a auction so sometimes it goes for more and sometimes it closes at low .
I personally interacted with many bidders and winners.
and auction is a game and winners win only when they play good and win good. as for autobots it can be there or not but even i have won two times ao personally i trust this site and i have recommended to many people and out of 20 people i recommended there were atleast 4 winners that means that there is a good win ratio.
The writer spent a great deal of time in analyzing ways why he has not won but i hope he has analyzed some ways of winning.

1. judge the mood of the auction by placing bids in a interval of 50's or 100's i.e if you place 0.11 then place like this 0.11, 1.11, 2.11, 3.11, 4.11... Once you see any of your bids is open then before 5 min of the closure block out the numbers before you .

Samsung galaxy tab 7.5: This was my fourth instance.my session was definetely not timed out.when i bid, it accepted my bid at 415 meaning that i was logged in and then it waited for a whole minute before it got updated with 416. finally i continued bidding till all the bids were done and the last amount i bid was 539 still my session being logeed in. meaning that i was definitely CHEATED at 415.Just tell me one thing with my session being still logged in why i didn't win this product?????

In auction mode everything goes smoothly and all of sudden the the site is hanged and u cannot put ur bid even if there is 8 to 9m seconds time and then after a minute or so the site is again ok displaying the message that the product is just sold.This has happened with me 3-4 times even though I was bidding and site was active. So there are certainly ghost bidders and after bidding of any of these bidders the bidding is tactically closed and the winner is declared.
If you look at the winners list of BID10auction, the winners win the items at about 1 to 2% of the cost. Take tha exaple of Pansonic 3 D Tv costing about Rs. 1..5 lakhs. The winner wined this product with less than Rs. 3000. Considering the fact that with each bid placed the bidding value is increased by Rs. 1. Thus for the winning bid of Rs. 3000, only 3000 bids are placed by the bidders. Considering the cost of bid packs in normal case 900 bids ( 600 bids + 50% refund of bids after consumption of 600 bids) can be purchased in Rs. 5000. The cost of each bid is only Rs. 5.5. Spo for placing the 3000 bids, organiser earns only Rs.15300 then how can they give away the item costing Rs.1.5 lakh in Rs 15300. If you calculate this for all the items winned in auction you will realised this. So there are surely ghost bidders who only wins the product and all this is only eye wash and cheating. One should give the thought on this and save yourself from getting cheated and wasting thousands of rupees on betting

On Other bidding sites like jeetle they post the details of the winner including photo and address and statues of supply including the details of the courier service and receipt.
But in BIDS10 only username of the winner is displayed without any details
If BIDS10 is really giving the prizes to real winners why do they not post the details on the web site under the heading winners
