BIG BAZAAR — Delivery not yet on time (Bad service)

I purchased a washing machine on 5th Oct 2008 at Big Bazaar Nagavara Palya, Bangalore., and due to unavailability of stock they promised me to deliver it on 9 th Oct 2008. Till date I didnt receive the item.

I purchased a washing machine on 5 Oct 08 (Nagaravara Palya, Bangalore) and due to unavailability of stock they promised me to deliver on 9 Oct 08. Till date I didnt reecive the item.
They are not responding to my calls and when I go there they are telling we will deliver tomorrow

I purchased a LG 29" Television(29FD5RGE) from Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road on 18th October, 2008. Delivery was to be made on 22nd October, 2008. Till today(29th October) no delivery has happened. They will not call you to inform you of status, phone calls to them will only be answered once in every 10 tries and by someone who's untrained in even the basics of customer skills. Asking for an escalation will land you up with someone claiming to be a manager(Ramesh in my case), but still with very rudimentary customer skills. Each time a promise is made 'Sir we will deliver tomorrow for sure, give us 2 days and we will deliver for sure, etc.' All lies just to get off the phone.

No one will care to revert back to update of status and once I even had this guy trying to change my order("Why buy LG when Samsung is better and we can give it to you readily. Why not change your order") Thank you, but I don't need someone making my choice for me. If they don't have stocks or the logistics to deliver, they have no right to make bookings or even be selling products. Even my neighborhood 10x10 electronics shop would ensure better customer experience.

My Goods are there with Big Bazaar which i bought. And, they hvnt yet delievered my goods. Plus, when i am contacting for the same they are not ready to deliver the goods...

Same case here, I recently purchased a dining table worth Rs 5000 (cash memo # T39/22363, Chakan # 2171) on 25th Jan and at the time of purchase I was told that since the volumes are high delivery will be madew on 27th Jan which was pretty fine with me. Delivery not done to 30th JAN. I am determined to cancell the order.

We purchased 0.8 ton KORYO A/C and 29 inch LG TV with full pyment of nearly 25000/- on 14/4/9 from vadapalani branch, delivery challan no is 3233 dt 14/4/9, we asked delivery next day but they said it will be deliverd till 17th, they mentioned delivery date in challan, we said ok, after several calls they delivered the a/c on 24th after 10days, and now still tv is not yet delivered, daily we talk to store people they says it will be delivered today today and today, we have made nearly 150 calls to get our delivery in last 10 days, nobody is taking the responsibility.

I thought its a big company, i can get good service but sorry to say This is the WORST SERVICE i ever had with any company.

Recently i purchased one LG refrigerator from vasanth & co chennai, we received delivery on next day.

I[censored] want to catch more customer u have to serve better for each and ever customer.

Now we wont buy sigle thing from big bazzar i thing your people think their is no value for our time and money.we wont recommend anybody to buy any product from your copany.

Plz revert us as soon as possible.

I bought Water purifier but due to non avaibillity, they promised to deliver after 2 days so i was supposed to get it on Monday...but today also they are saying wait for 2 days more...and whenever I call him, every time they make fake comments.

BIG BAZAAR — NOT BEEN DELIVERED

We have purchased a WROUGHT IRON COT from BIG BAZAAR-HOWRAH, 129 Belilious Road, Howrah 711101;
On 14/08/09 vide Bill No T16/1417.

Till date - it has NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO US.

We have complained to HELPLINE ([protected]), to Ph No[protected],
And to Mr. Saptarshi ; BUT TO NO AVAIL.

UNLESS THE MATERIAL IS DELIVERED TO US IN COMING THREE DAYS,
WE WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND RAISE THE ISSUE
TO CONSUMER FORUM.
