Big Bazaar — Service not rendered | |||
Hi, I purchased a bookshelf from Big Bazaar Kachiguda in March'13. Right from the start, the bookshelf wasn't assembled properly - the same was detected and a complain was lodged with the Big Bazaar authorities during June'13. A repair person was sent and he tweaked the shelf a bit and left saying he didn't have the necessary equipments to repair the problem. We waited for few weeks before lodging another complaint and till date no action has been taken. The Big Bazaar people refuse to lodge complain through phone/net. It is very difficult to travel all the way to lodge the complaint. They do not respond to calls - this is just one of the harrowing experiences I have had with them. I request the big bazaar authorities to please look into this matter, I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to travel so long physically, and I have been harassed a lot already. Thanks for the response, people came in touch with me an a representative was sent day before yesterday to look into the issue. But I am saddened to say, that I am not happy with the solution provided.
Mr. Srinivas, from Big Bazaar Kachiguda came and looked into the issue, he changed couple of worn out parts and informed that the issue was because of the product not being manufactured properly. He said that he can't help any more and we need to discuss about the issue with the goods with the "higher authorities".
I am not sure how to react to this anymore.

I purchased akai 81CM lcd tv l32a20, TV serial no GBA020611B004203
we connect our tv to the set top box, we are getting shock from the connecting pin wires, the set top box repairing man told that the current passing from the tv, he told some losse connetion is there in the tv. plz send repairing man and send a Duplicate copy of the bill because, i lost my original bill.
