[Resolved] Big Cinemas — Net Booking error | |
I tried booking tickets for a show through net booking. After entering the credit card details and confirming the booking, the site gave an error message, and i did not get a confirmation for the tickets I booked. However, the amount showed in my credit card bill. inspite of mailing twice on the mail ID provided by the company on their website, there is no response. When I called up Big Cinemas Wadala screen (for which I was booking tickets), I told my complaint to the operator, who simply, very rudely put the phone down. So I have paid for tickets which i did not get and there is no effort from the company to address my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |

Big Cinema — Error in transaction & amount deducted
Dear team,I was planning to book tickets from Big Cinema Website on Saturday 3 April 2010 in night and was thrown to a loop of "making transaction dont click refresh or back". The page for tickets never came up. Than i went directly to the Chembur big Cinema in morning 09: 45 am and than i booked my tickets and sat for the movie. Now when i checked my axisbank account statement and i was shocked to see that i have been charged and the amount was deducted.
Please help me as my amount is Rs 550 and very pathetic customer service from Big Cinema.

I also booked ticked which were not actually booked and the money was debited from my account.
This is really bad from the so called prestigious company.
Dont know when i will get my money back. This is simply ignorance from the company side to not to correct this problem and let consumer suffer. where actually is the money going?

Just to add to my previous comment i booked ticket from bigcinemas website for TGIP mall noida.

The page for tickets never came up. Then i went directly to the Big Cinema Theatre in Arch Mall and booked for the same using my debit card. Now when i checked my Deutsche Bank account statement and i was shocked to see that i have been charged and the amount was deducted.
Please help me as my amount is Rs 480 .

Hi All,
I got my refund after i sent a mail to their customer care department. It took 6-7 days for my refund.
I thank their customer service team for fast and speedy resolution of my issue.

Very worst cinema booking site, it’s took money from credit card but it didn't generated the ticket and also theatre manager not even responding for any online booking query. No customer care number for any complaint numbers. so friends don't use the Big cinema site for online booking.
In Muzaffarnagar hall A.c Is not Working in night & evenig show coz only some customer is there so that they don`t stat A.C when you asked his they told some A.c is out of order

Big Cinemas — booking failed but amount not credit in my credit card
I have booking from sbi credit card for film tickets from big cinema but tickets not booked and the amount is debit in my sbi credit card on 24th jan,2011 but till date i have not credit the the amount in sbi credit card. i have attached the snap shot of transcation. The same happened in my case. Amount got debited and ticket was not booked. Even i am not getting any response for the mail i sent. I dont know y they have a mail id like that. Hereafter i have decided not to book tickets in their site. Infact they are not the only cinemas in the city. We have choices.

Net booking is error and there is no ac and also there is also no sound effect guys dont waste ur money by going to pondicherry bigcinemas Jeeva, Rukmani.
what the hell is happening in Pondicherry(UT) big cinemas since two months we are not able to book the tickets in online.
The theater has two screens in 1st screen the A/c dose not work completely and in screen 2 the A/C works partially.
Now a days people does not preferring to go to big cinemas...
The corresponding higher authority should take responsibility and solve the problems

Big Cinemas — Money Debited but no details about Ticket send
I booked 4 ticket for Alice in the Wonderland for Big Cinemas TGIP, Noida, but despite the money debited from my account the details of the ticket were neither displayed on the computer nor any SMS was sent to my registered mobile. I want my money to be refunded.
