[Resolved]  Big Cinemas — Net Booking error

I tried booking tickets for a show through net booking. After entering the credit card details and confirming the booking, the site gave an error message, and i did not get a confirmation for the tickets I booked. However, the amount showed in my credit card bill.

inspite of mailing twice on the mail ID provided by the company on their website, there is no response. When I called up Big Cinemas Wadala screen (for which I was booking tickets), I told my complaint to the operator, who simply, very rudely put the phone down.

So I have paid for tickets which i did not get and there is no effort from the company to address my complaint.

WHEN EVER WE ASK FOR AC ONLY ONE ANSWER AC IS UNDER REPAIR WE WILL FIX IT ASAP, BUT THEY NEVER FIX WHOLE YEAR, THIS LOOKS LIKE VILLAGE THEATERS RIDICULOUS - MANAGEMENT- THEY ARE MAKING MONEY ON US BUT THEY NEVER RESPECT PEOPLE - RIDICULOUS
whats going on in adlabs pondicherry?? nothing is right about it. suddenly its name dissappeared from the bigcinema website earlier this year. then there was no AC, followed by v poor maintanance including poor flooring especially in the balcony ans soooo on & these things ultimately culminated in their licence cancelled and closed earler this month. Is there no one in the management who is ever bothered about these things bcoz we thought this was one good theatre in pondicherry which already lacks good ones.very very sad. reliance sucks...

Worst site i have ever seen online.same problem for me..i tried to book.money has been deducted but ticket is not booked
I have tried booking two tickets on 14/07/12 through Big cinemas net banking. The amount has been deducted but the ticket had not been booked. I have written to the email address provided with the screenshot of the error attached, but didn't get any response. After that, I had forwarded the same email to nodal officer, Reliance communication with the. It has been 5 days but still no response. There is no customer care number, where a human can pick the phone and lodge my complaint.
How the cheats are Big cinemas ??? I can not expect it from Reliance persons.

Regarding Damarukam Movie Ticket Refunds.

I booked a ticket on 09 Nov 2012. The movie was posteponed.

20 Bank Working Days have been completed, I didn't yet receive my amount back.

Today I went to watch movie along with my friends morning show in Big Cinema in Rave 3 Kanpur, when we asked for ticket they told us along with the ticket you have to take the Meal voucher of Rs 360 when we told them we just want the ticket the Conter Man Ashish told me that he can not give ticket along with food voucher on asking that it is your rule or from big cinema company he told us to speak the manager, i hope you can understand that in the marning we can not have the meal & this is absolutely wrong way to increase the sales with this you will loose the bussiness as customer will not revert again to watch movie as they were awre that you will frorcefully told us to take ticket or else ticket will not be provided.Kindly look in to the matter regarding the same & revert on query as per them it was instructed by the Manager.Kindly Revert my Number[protected]Abhishek)

Today 28/05/2014, I've booked 2 tickets for X-men movie(Ameerpet, Hyderabad) 04:40pm show through online and Rs 320.00 has been deducted from my account.

I have not received any confirmation through mail or message.

I have called Big Cinemas, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.They have no such booking information with them.

Message received to my mobile:

"RS 320.00 was spent on your credit card XXXXXXXXXXXX0611 on[protected] at RELIANCE MEDIA WORKS."

The Big cinema ranjani in vizianagaram the manager and other booking clerks are taken extra money from viewers in addition tickets 20 rupees extraa for each class tickets and the maintennence are very poor in vizianagaram big cinemas. kindly replace the new staff at vizianagaram
