Bigadda — Cheating in phone dealing & no after sales services during warranty period
I have purchased one mobile phone called GFive through online deal with BIGADDA SHOP A Division of Reliance Entertainment on April 21st 2011 for Rs 3399/-. While booking my order I specially asked whether the the mobile is China make or Indian make. I was told that it is Indian make & hence i booked the same product. However when I physically received the product I got the China make but the delivery boy collected the cash from me before handing over to me & he left before I could returned the same mobile. Further when I checked the mobile I found it defective, its camera is not working & it is switiching off after few minutes use. So I called the HIGADDA SHOP & told them, "first of all I dont want your product because it is China Made & also it is not working properly". But they denied to give me their address to returned the product & I was told that my complaint is registered with their technical department & I will receive a call from their technical departmetn.
However after regular followups with BIGADDA SHOP on phone no [protected] with Mr. Sachin Patil, I did not receive any reply from them. I don't want their China make mobile & I want my money back or atleast any Indian make mobile.
