[Resolved] bill payment — ch rtd unpaid information | |||
R/SIR, I am ures users since last 45 of the years,but 1st time my cheque was dishouner due to my mistake and due to which your account was not clear,i am realy sorry about that and i wish to give you assurance that neither i am any defaulter of MPSEB nor my any cheque will be dishounered in future. Regarding that i want to know about some LAWS of reaction of MPSEB with his regular customer in su8ch a case. 1.Did mpseb will inform the owner of cheque after 23 days after the issueing of cheque,i think the cheque was dishounered within 3-4 days of presentation,and if cheque was dishounered ,the informer was caome at house on 26.3.11 and after that assurance that i will paid total dues till date in noon ,but he disconnect the connection of a regular payer of your outstanding bill. 2.After disconnection of electric connection i immediatly approch at your manoramaganj office and gets duplicate bill,they charge return charges of one cheque having total three bills payment of mine and my relatives ,they charge 150/-Rs charge exrea to each user of mpseb which are covered in that cheques . 3.after deposited the 3 bills of Feb,11 as well as March,11 ,I contact with Mr AE of manoramaganj and he told me that you may contact with that person he will reconnect your connection by the help of line man of area, 4. That person told me that you may deposit Rs.600/- of three bill imediatly for reconnect them,i inform him that there was only 1 connection was disconnected ,why i deposit that extra charges of Rs.400/- for that connection which are not disconnected ,and i am alredy paid total amount till date of every connection which are in cover of that dishouner cheque, but i am shocked after hearing him to ordered a person that ok first we disconnect all three connection and then after repay rest 400/- amount the connection will reconnect.and if you have some problam you may contact with AE .afterall i told him ok you first collect 200/- Rs for that disconnect connection and after disconnect rest of the two connection i will pay Rs.400/- to your office.in between i contact with AE on telephone he told me you contact with that person ,i ask him he not a person from whom i will contact but he hungry with my dialoge and disconnect the phone. 5. sir i am realy not complaining that office not realy complaint that person but realy i want to know the fact that what is your law and what is your practice. if you are realy satisfied with your officers as well as your such a intelligent clerk then there is no problam but if you may seated in my place what is your action in whole of that cicumstances please inform,realy that matter humbly shocked me ,i have no any illegle income ,i am working hard ang getting my salalry with full satisfaction but that 450+200 rs realy lapses my assumtion in life that a man can help a man and a employee can help its customer. thanking you all is that my painfull heart questionary which realy said my mood today. sorry if some word you dont like for your collouges.i fill free to write that letter with my said fillings.
