I am the policy holder of birla sunlife insurance company at Kormangala
branch, bangalore.One important information i am interested to bring to
your notice as the birla sunlife insurance company, Kormangala, Bangalore is cheating the customers by giving false promises. They are telling the customers to take the policy by paying first premium and show few customers as business after few days we can reimburse the first premium amount as a commission.So i had taken a policy and paid an amount of Rs.16, 000/-approximately by giving my cheque to the branch manager(Rajeev Nair). As the branch manager asked me to meet after few days to get my commission.After sending number of mails to the birla sunlife company and meeting my branch manager. Now they are telling what ever you want you can do this was the message i got from the branch manager.
It is not possible to give commission as per IRDA rules and regulations
then how can the branch manager of birla sunlife can give false promises and cheat the customers after paying the amount.I used to meet him every month he used to tell me wait for some time.After few days i checked the issue at birla sun life insurance company at head office.They told the commission amount was already transferred immediately then i lodged a complaint at the head office but no one has taken serious action. So please take necessary action and reimburse my amount are else i want bring this issue to public regarding this company through media.

HI Vijay,
i do agree with you regarding Birla Sunlife people, s, they are seriously irresponsible, worst service provider.
i have taken polices for my whole family(around 1 lakhs per year) in Jayanagar branch. i had requested on DEC-2008 for half Yearly payment mode, i had written a request letter mentioning the changes.
The receptionist Geetha is so irresponsible to a extent that she even uploaded my mail id wrongly, which led to no response. Whenever i go there for details, they say server down, finally i came to known that my policy was lapsed.

Birla sun life insurance service provider is ASOUL peoples, please don't invest.

Don’t believe in Vijay kumar kopparty’s complaint ... he simply gives false news to people. Actual speaking Birla sun life insurance service provider are not ASOUL but Mr. Vijay kumar kopparty is A*****. He spoiled so many company image like this only and then people like you start believing on him. My sincere requests don’t believe on Vijay kumar Kopparty's complaint other wise you will be in trouble one day.

Hi All,

I have taken a policy from Birla Sunlife Insurance, with a Half yearly premium of Rs. 8280.50, and after expiry of one year when I not got any account statement I consulted for the same via Customer service and E-mail, after getting account statement I surprised to see the charges, they per month deduct about Rs. 528.15 as administrative charges from my account, which became more than 50% of my fund invested and in this way I am not getting any thing from my fund instead of getting any benefit my hard earned money is being deducted as administrative charges. This is clear cut case of cheating, insurance person also not told about this heavy charges at the time of policy, don’t take any policy from Birla Sunlife Insurance company, they are big cheater.
I want to know that how I can make an effective complains about this fraud and cheating case.

Same thing applies for me also. I have taken a policy 3 years back from Aurangabad, Mr. Ganesh kale, but now whenever i am calling him, he is not picking the phone and not telling me any status of the policy .I am really wondering what to do now, and no response from those people at all.
