[Resolved]  BlackBerry 8520 — PROBLEM WITH SPEAKER, ZOOM FUNCTION, KEYS NOT WORKING, GETTING HANG, AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF N ON

Instrument - Blackberry 8520
PRICE - Rs. 11,570/-
Problem: Speaker problem and zoom function, instrument getting hang, keys not working properly, automatic switch on and off etc...


After purchasing the instrument I was facing the Zoom problem on few occassions which got corrected if I close down the function and start it again but after 2-3 months it got bigger with getting problem in speaker along with Zoom function while taking pictures. I have submitted the instrument with REDINGTON twice for the solution but it seems they correct one and the other problem arises. It is so frustating to submit the instrument every month for few days and for the first time I have submitted for 15 days.

ISSUE: REDINGTON took phone for 15-20 days still the problem not solved on 12.05.2011 post which I again submitted it on 18.06.2010 as Speaker problem and phone not detected in PC which resolved on 20.06.2011.

Now after using instrument for few days again from 10.07.2010 - the phone is not working properly. I am getting errors, hanged, keys are not working properly.This time I am thinking not to submit the instrument to redington people as again after few days another problem will happen in the instrument.

This has become really frustating as we purchase Blackberry for efficient working of our business and this is creating so many obstacles in doing business. We purchase expensive phones not for enjoyment but for professional usage and such bad instruments are creating lot many opportunity losses for one. Please help me in getting the instrument replaced.
