[Resolved] Blackberry — mobile phone

Dear Sir,

I am very much embarrassed to again inform you about the problem existing in ma handset, Blackberry 8530 CDMA.
I purchased this phone in the month of April from a Blackberry store. After 2 months there existed a battery back up problem in this phone. The handheld frequently got heated up in while charging within an hour and the time it was on charge it showed complete battery with 100 %. After the removal of the charging the battery backup worked for only 4-5 hours.

I submitted my handheld at Lajpat nagar service station where they kept it for 15 days. After the agreed days of submission they returned back my phone by saying that the problem has been resolved. I started using this phone and the same problem occurred again. Again the phone was submitted for 5 days. Now I have the handset with me with the same problem again. They said they have changed the battery but that too has not solved the problem again on this set.

I request you to please look into the matter and solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I would be forced to take some legal actions against this. Reference no. and details are as below.

when i call to ur Blackberry Customer care they provide me the concern person mob. no. [protected]
regarding my device i had bought notice to the concern mob. no. Since the massage from him was that
I have send mail related to my query and was supposed to call on thusday 08-may 2012
Since their after their is no positive response from the concern mob. no. [protected]. Since no of times i have called him he was not responding to my call.
So it is my humble request to look into the above subject.
Please do the needful...

i have purchased black berry curv 3g 9360 in last 3 month before but its not working properly battery is getting down within 15 to 20 minuts and mobile phone is going heating when im plug in to charge it im also giving this phone to blackberry service center in indore for my handset replacement or solve my problem but they are not giving me proper reply and cant solve my problem please tell me what can i do

I hv purchase one BB curve 9300 from manpreet telecom located on main visas margh on 15 may,2012. The day I bought the handset there was problem of phone hanging and automatically shut down, I had taken the phone to dealer from whom I had purchased and every time he do something and phone works for 2-3 days. Yesterday ,dealer told me to go to one service centre and get the do in order to replace the handset, when I went to service station they told me that they can,t issue the do and I should contact dealer for the same.
Since,last 10 days I am running to get my phone rectified ,but seems no body is bother to provide any customer service- I fel they are only interested in selling the product.
Can any one from your company tell me what should I be doing or I hv made a mistake by buying BB handset.
