This is a matter of great sorrow that A consignment send by me from kurukshetra to pune on dated 8-8-2008 is not delivered so far till upto[protected] at 7:45 pm recipent has contacted many times to your agent in pune on phone. Your agent assured him again and again that he is delivering consignment within one hour but all is in vain because the consignment containing RAKHI could not deliver at time. Blaze Flash — delay of delivery

I sent a very important official document to jamshedpur from new delhi on 23rd of march. it is showing delivered to jamshedpur Blaze flash office on 24th of march. but it has not delivered to the destination yet. I had mentioned the phone no of both the places i.e. my no.as well as destination no. Blaze flash person are saying that they could not get the address. but they don, t bother to call on any of the no. if I am calling them then they are not intertaining the call. I am paying 200rs fine daily just because of the delay of delivery. till what time I will be paying the fine and that too because of their falt?

Blaze Flash — Don't know the status of my consignment

On jan 15 2014 my uncle had send me 68 kg of invitation letters from deradun to trivandrum for my youngers sisters marriage.But till now i didn't got any conformation or a call.And i have tried to their customer care but nobody have picked my call so please help me to find any solution on this
