I deeply regret to inform you that one packet, having docket no.[protected] that was booked on 29.09.10 from New Delhi to Mughalsarai was brought for delivery today i.e. 11.10.10, after 12 days, this speaks of your "High Performance" about which you people boast.

This inordinate delay by BLAZE FLASH, has not only put me into great inconvenience but has also given a bad name to your company.

Thus, it is imperative on your part to refund the amount charged by you alongwith your appology.
