A Small Box (parcel) was booked from Delhi for Courier through Blaze Flash Couriers and it was expected to be delivered within a week. It has been more than a month and the parcel is still not delivered. It had some important medicines. The phone number given on the website states that it is switched off. I called Bangalore office[protected],82,83 - No Answer I Called Mumbai Office[protected],[protected] No Answer I called north Office [protected]/45 No Answer, I sent them an email at [protected]@blazeflash.com still NO Answer. Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions. You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
