[Resolved] Blazeflash — Consignment not delivered | |
this is the bull service this is my first counter with blaze flash service & consignment is not delivered. Following is consignment no:[protected] . Details shows that out to delivered on Internet. If I call to customer care they don't provide any details for the same and they are very rude while talking. They said no need to call here go to the person where you have given your courier. They cut the phone in between. I called to Mumbai sanpada office but they are not picking up the phone.yesterday i have received the call from blazeflash Delhi that your doc will delivered tomorrow but still not getting. Subject: Brakage of items
Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to bring it your notice I had sent a courier from Roorkee to Delhi through blazeflash couriers in which courier No. *[protected]* some breakable item was there on 28/01/10.
Now I have come to know that it has been broken.
Kindly let us know if there is any procedure for getting the compensation for the loss of item which cost is 325/- only.Although I paid extra charges for safty delivery of item as per requierd of deliver.
Hoping for a positive response.

I have sent a courier of rakhi to Ahmedabad city on date 17/Aug/2010 to Ashish Srivastava, I mentioned on it receiver’s address with mobile number and also sender’s Name and mobile number but courier has not delivered to him. When I called to Ahmedabad office [[protected], 26562293] on 21/Aug/2010 they told me receiver’s home is always close. But courier delivery boy was not go there for delivery even he did not give call on given mobile number, He made some fake P.C.O bills and sad receiver’s home is always closed. I call many times on Customer service cells (Phone:[protected]-[protected]) but no one attend the phone.
I face these types of problem in your courier several times, but this time my feelings and sentiments are hearted. Day by day your service quality is degrading and now it become poor. Sir please do need full to send my courier on time otherwise I will not use your courier service in future and spread my case to my entire colleague, on line blogs and forums.
