Hi Team,
I have send a Document ( Sudhir) from Gurgaon to Yamuna Nagar on 3rd Dec'12.
Sorry to say the packet has not been delivered till date.
As per the Branch Manager (Mr. Surinder Kumar, Mob. [protected], Add:- Patel Nagar sec 15, Gurgaon) the packet has to be delivered on 2nd day (i.e. on 5th Dec'12), but the same has not been delivered yet.
I have also word with Yamuna Nagar Branch Manager (Rakesh Dhawan Mob. [protected]) that the courier has been reached at our Yamuna Nagar office (Jagadari Road, Near Khadi Gram Udhyog) on Wednesday 5th Dec. however there is no delivery boy in their off to deliver the packed.
Also, when I was follow up for this issue with the both branch managers, they were misbehaving with me and talking rudely. Rakesh Dhawan “from Yamuna Nagar” is saying that “NAHI DELIEVER KARENGE, KAR LO KYA KAROGE”. So would request you to please take this matter seriously to make good customer relationship.
Please explain the reasons for such a bad service and negligence of the services.
