Parcel — not receipt of my courier packet

Courier was sent to me on 4th april from karnal to dhanbad but till date it has not been delivered to me. Assignment no. is[protected]. On tracking it was found to be lying in ranchi. From ranchi i got the no. of Dhanbad office of one Mr. Bunty, mobile no. [protected]. On contacting him he informed me that assignment is lying with him for past three days and he promised to deliver it on saturday itself. On saturday also it was not delivered then i again called him. He for the reasons best known to him responded on phone after many attempts and again assured that packet will be delivered as the delivery boy has already gone to deliver it. Ofcourse it was a lie because no packet has been delivered to me till today i.e. sunday 19th april, 2009. It is very unfortunate that although packet is lying in dhanbad office but same is not being delivered to me. It appears that intention of Mr. Bunty is to misappropriate my courier parcel. You are therefore, requested to take urgent steps in the matter so that my parcel is delivered to me without any further delay and damage and said mr. bunty is not able to misappropriate or damage it failing which all o[censored] shall be liable for criminal misappropriation and face legal action in crimianl court.

We have sent a courier to Delhi docket no.is[protected] on 04/05/09 from globus Moradabad we have sent this report's to Mr. Rajesh shukla .South Ex. globus stor's Pvt. Ltd. D-1 Part -2 from Moradabad globus store's west end Mall ram ganga vihar they have recived the courier on 06/05/09
and the courier was leek and the report was missing . when i call your moradabad office. then thy didn't give me an answer. so plz take a look of this matter.

I have sent my Important documents through this courier on 21/08/09 (Friday) from Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 to my native place Varanasi. But still they (My family mamber) didn't get the packet of documents which has been sent by my self.
Kindly update me as soon as posible regarding my complaint other wise i can take strict action.
