Blazeflash Courier — missing contents of parcel | |
I sent a COURIER on February 07, 2011 from Gurgaon to Bangalore. I could not track the courier between February 08, 2011 and February 10, 2011. However, the Courier was delivered in Bangalore on February 10, 2011 with one of the contents of the packet missing. The packaging of the packet was tampered with (it originally had brown tapes, which were removed and replaced with some other tapes). I had included an expensive gift (a Hidesign wallet) for the recipient. I do not understand what kind of a courier service is this which can't even assure that at least the contents of a parcel would reach safely! I do not think I will ever use this service again. I would suggest others to refrain from using Blazeflash couriers too. The service is not really worth. I lost the contents of my packet and they loose a customer forever. This is more of a criminal nature rather than being a consumer issue. File a criminal case for theft

i sent a COURIER on February 08, 2011 from Ludhiana to Mumbai. I track the courier between February 10, 2011 and February 10, 2011. However, the Courier was delivered in Mumbai on February 10, 2011, But couries has not delivered till date and Blazeflash office boys give me that one person D.B. has received the courier and he wrtie the mobile No. [protected] which is switch off and not reachable now they are saying that courier boy has drop the packet in Drop Box but there is no courier this packet have one draft of CAN$ 200/- please can u help me for trace of my packet I will never use this service again. I would suggest others to refrain from using Blazeflash couriers too. The service is not really worth. I lost the contents of my packet and they loose a customer forever.
