Blazeflash Courier — courier undelivered

Dear Sir,
i had booked one docket from Dera Bassi to (Belgaum) Karanatka on dtd-30.09.08 ur dkt no[protected].It is not reaching at destination, Can u confom me immediately ? If it is missing who will responsable for the same?
I have checked on internat pl see below result

Sub: Facing inconvinience because of your staff at bangalore

My father has sent me some important documents via reciept no.[protected] one week back. But it has not yet delivered to me. I called up at your Bangalore office on 9th december and they told me that the courier will be delivered to u by the evening. I waited alot but nobody came, Then i again called up on 10th dec 2008 and Ms. Anitha picked up the call assured me that u will get ur letter before afternoon. But i didn't get it. Now i m trying to contact them for last one hour but noone is picking up the phone. kindly look into the matter.

My friend Salil Ranjan from New delhi (Wajirpur Industrial area) sent a courier on 19/01/09, consignment no.[protected], to Gangtok at the address of Mr. Sujit Ranjan, Sr. Branch manager, Bajaj-Allianz Life Insurance Ltd., Sarda Building, convoy Ground, Tadong, Gangtok-737102 . But till the date and time it's undelivered. I don't know which type of courier they are doing of...Ridiculus

dear sir, my doucuments that was sent on 26-05-09 from gurgaon. pod no.is [protected], till now i have not reciveved my documents.please help me in in this matter that who is responsible for this..jashan gill

latest complaint - my party book a couriour letter by blazeflash couriour on dated[protected] . docket no.[protected] from faridabad to ambala cantt .. on[protected] . couriour may be come to ambala cantt office for delivery . but till today dated[protected] the couriour yet not received by us upto 6 p.m.
i came to office of blazeflash i was angry when i knew that the couriour is returned to party . it was a fault of ambala cantt couriour office i can't received any phone from couriour company .

My sister send me a courier for Raksha Bandhan on 18.08.10 via Blazeflash courier No.[protected] from Delhi containing Rakhis in that keeping in mind that I will get it by 23.08.10 to reach me in Pune. But, sorry to mention till today I have not received my courier. My festival has gone for a toss (thanx to blaze flash). I wish you all the very best and keep on playing with the emotions of the people like this and ruin their festivals...

I am being following them from the day one, but still am not getting the response I have tried contacting Sachin Aggarwal (Director) and SD Aggarwal (CMD) vial mail, But still no response I tried to contact the customer care but even they were not having the appropriate information and I tried calling several guys in Blazeflash but of no use.
