Blazeflash Courier — courier not received

our repersentative dispatched courier on 28.04.09 from raebareilly to Lucknow docket No.[protected] but till we have not received & your tracker is showing packets delivered at our office on 01.05.09. Also we have contact your local office Lucknow on 04.05.09 to Mr.R.K.Tripathi ([protected]) he has replied me i m busy you may contact after two day. Your services are very poor & attitude of staff is not satifactorly.

I am Sunil Kumar Gupta, working in Tata Consultancy Services. I am looking for a courier which was sent from blazeflash courier, New Delhi for Gurgaon on 17/4/2010. Tracking number is[protected] . Website http://www.blazeflash.com/ states that this has been delivered on 19/4/2010. But no one has received it at destination in Gurgaon.

I tried calling customer care numbers:[protected]-[protected]
But no one is picking the phone.

Please look into the matter. I am in urgent need of this courier. My contact number [protected]

WE HAVE BOOKED A COURIER VIDE DOCKET NO[protected] ON 27/04/10 FOR LUCKNOW ON THE NAME OF MR PRADEEP TIWARI, WHICH IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE PERSON TILL DATE.

THE COURIER CONTAINS OUR IMPORTANT CHQ. PLEASE CONFIRM THE STATUS. AFTER CALLING UR OFFICE THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE SAME ON 01/05/10.

WHERE IS THE COURIER DELIVERED??????

Courier was dispatched by my company on BLAZEFLASH Courier on 14.06.2010 D.C. No.:[protected] for Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan), but till this date 18.06.2010, I haven't received my courier. I enquired from Sri Ganganagar Blazeflash Office about the courier, they do not have any information regarding my courier. Then I contacted New Delhi Blazeflash Office, they also do not have any information. This is so ridiculous, I have some important papers in that but no action has been taken by Courier company so far.

Courier was dispatched by my broker on BLAZEFLASH Courier on 12.08.2010 D.C. No.:[protected] for BABRALA(Badaun), but till this date 23.08.2010, I haven't received my courier. I enquired many branches of Blazeflash Office about the courier, they do not have any information regarding my courier. Then I contacted New Delhi Blazeflash Office, they also do not recived any call. This is so ridiculous, I have some important papers in that but no action has been taken by Courier company so far.
