Dear Sir I was dispatched consignment on Dated 31 July 2013 Way Bill No[protected] to CITI Bank NA, No 2 Club House road Chennai 6000002 But status show out of delivery on 2nd Aug 2013 since last 13 days. Now I am very disappointed of customer care I tried many phone like [protected],[protected], [protected]. I spent around Rs 200.00 on phone call. I just say to update the status at your site with proof of delivery. I not understand why you are not updating the status after so many followups. I also contact to Area Manager of Chennai on [protected] but area manager is not ready to listen any word he saying he is not customer care person and saying there is expense of Rs 6000.00 for POD. he will provide the POD after getting Rs 6000.00 either by me or company(Blazeflash) Recipient say that they have not received the document, Courier company are saying consignment has been delivered. Recipient demand me proof of delivery. but after many calls and email POD not provided by compamy. I need the POD. Please look the matter Regards, Rajeev Kumar Mobile. BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED — not delivering
I booked a parcel on 13 January 2011. I was told that parcel will be delivered day after tomorrow, but not yet It delivered till 25 January 2011. I compliant too many times, they are not responding me and answering me in unmannered way and behaving very rudely. Hi, I am ranjitfrom hr Team of Domino`s pizza, i always getting latecourier in my Indirapuram (UP office. I sent courier on 7th June, still the courier not received in my office Indirapuram.The POD is[protected].
Pls deliver the same on priority, because that doc is very importent.

I’VE BOOKED A COURIER THOROUGH BLAZEFLASH COURIER LIMITED DOCKET NO[protected] FOR GHAZIABAD TO PUNE ON DATED 04.06.2011. AFTER CALLING HUNDRED OF TIMES TO AGENT in GHAZIABAD MOBILE NO [protected] AND COMPANY 23493611 AND COMPANY OFFICIAL MS. LAXMI [protected]. BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND ALWAYS MISBEHEAVE ON PHONE AND LYING.THIS COMPANY IS FAMOUS FOR LOOSING PEOPLE'S COURIER AND KNOWN FOR POOR SERVICE.
I’M VERY DISAPPOINED AND DECIDED NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE IN FUTURE.

This is regarding the bad and delayed service of Blaze Flash Courier Service. I have booked a courier on 6-Oct-2010 from Mayur Vihar Phase-3 to Thane. At present I don't the status of the packet. The courier company is also not saying where the it is. Very bad service and very bad call centre.
