[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Courier Not Delivered

Hi,

This is to complain about the pathetic service meted by Blazeflash Courier Company. I had sent an important document by courier on 11th Nov to be delivered to the Railway Colony at Karwar Railway station. Even though 8 days have passed the document has not been delivered and after an exhaustive follow up I am told that it has been forwarded to their depot at Sirsi which is a small town a 110 kilometers away from Karwar on the pretext that Karwar station is too far from Karwar town and hence could not be delivered. This is such a preposterous excuse where the company states that the destination which is within 8 kilometer vicinity is far, but the depot at 110 kilometers is closer and they expect us to pick the document from the depot.

To all general public, Please Be Aware before sending any important couriers through Blazeflash looking at my situation here.

Document no.[protected] Dt: 15/03/2008 has not been delivered to us as on date. Pls. look into this matter seriously as the documents in that parcel are very important.

I have sent a packet from Noida to Moranhat(Assam) on 10 of August and its 22nd of August now and till noew the packet has not been delivered. I have called the noida office and they have dispatched the packet to Assam, then I called the Guwahati office they told me that they have recived it and have forwarded to Dibrugarh and gave me the phone number of the person there.

Then I called Dibrugarh and he told me that he as delivered to Moranhat yesterday i.e. on 21st August. But till today the packet has not reached the destination. I called him up today and he told me that he does not know anything and cannot help me.

I do not understand how it is taking so long to deliver a packet. If I would have posted with normal past it would have been delivered till now. It is really not the worth to the money that they have charged gor the packet.

Dear Sir,

I have dispatched a courier on 14th May, 2010 as per the delivery time of 1 days toVed Parkash RZP3/226, New Roshanpura,Najafgarh, New Delhi.But nw its been 5 days courier has not been delivered.Above all i m trying to get information about the courier using the note number and it says its forwarded not anything else.
I am trying to call local authorties but they are not responding.
All the 4 number of customer service are unavailable.
I need the courier urgently.

I Booked a courier on dated 24 May 2011 to Kochi (Kerla) It is not delivered to the address up till now and not return to Jind. Many Complaint has been registered in
company call center. Nothing response given by them.

BLAZEFLASH IS RUN BY AND THIEVES AND MUST BE REPORTED TO POLICE SO THEY CAN CLOSE DOWN

Hi,
I have booked a courier though Blazeflash Couries, Ghaziabad with AWB No.[protected] on 07 Aug 2013 for which there is no update available on their online tacking system.
None of the phone numbers and Email-ids are working.
Even after going to their office they are not responding at all.
It was a very important courier
Please help in this regard.
