Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Non delivery of documents to Bank | |||
Vide Docket number 22273276 dated 11.1.2012, from Mumbai, I had sent some important documents to South Indian Bank, Chelakara. On tracking the delivery details, it has been shown that it has reached Thrissur, but delivery has not been done to the Bank. I have already paid the delivery charges at Mumbai, but the delivery of documents has not been done till day. The possibility of misusing the documents by unscrupulous elements, cannot be ruled out. These documents can be misused. The phone numbers mentioned in their website does not give any proper reply and e mail sent to [protected]@blazeflash.com, does also reply. Document from Bank — Non delivery of Parcel
Consignment no.[protected] .Sender :-State Bank of Mysore.Coimbatore
A parcel from the above bank received to your office on 27 th Jan 2010 . The courier man came to my residence on 28th noon.Since my door was locked he left the Imtimation slip to the door step and left. On coming, I contacted your courier office and they said that the Courier will deliver the next day. The next day ,since no one from your office came to my house I telephoned them and got the replay that the courier man will come at any time .But ,till evening one showed up.Then I contacted your office again and got the message that the consignment is in Head office and the same wiil be delivered the next day. After words a Telephone call came from the office and said that the consignment is sent back to the sender the same day for the reason no one could explain.The document sent by the back was very important and it need to submit to another office urgently. It will cause a substantial loss for me for delay.
I need an explanation for your irresponsible action .This kind of action is not tolereble. After hearing from you I will go for the appropriate acton.
Even after a month, if delivery is not done, these couriers should be banned taking all consumers for a ride

Bank Documents — Non- delivery of consignement
I got a call from express It Ghazibad branch on 11.04.08 about delivery of my consignemet AWB No- [protected], Since than I am wating of my consignment delivery, rather nobody is picking up Landline phone at their Branch office in Ghazibad.I am continuesley tring to contact the agency but unable to contact.
I am fed up by the poor service of Express IT people, I think the people employed in company does not have proper training.
