Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — Non-delivery of Courier and giving False Excuses for Non-delivery | |||
Hi, My sister in Delhi booked a courier containing a Rakhi on 12th August 2013 by Blazeflash Couriers Limited to Bangalore by consignment No.[protected]. Courier is not yet delivered. No one in the Blazeflash call center gives proper answer on calls. I sent continuous e-mails to them, so they raised a complaint No. 101754 on 23rd August 2013 and asked for my complete address details. I gave the full address with my mobile number to them on e-mail only. Now, they have sent an e-mail today on 12th September 2013 saying courier wasn't delivered at my address on 27th August 2013 only because of Incomplete Address. I replied on the same mail asking I didn't get any call from their side and address which I gave on 23rd August 2013 by e-mail is correct only and also sender has written correct address on courier but still no reply. Please can you help me to get my courier + courier charges + 500 Rs. as inconvenience compensation from Blazeflash? Was this information helpful? | |||
