Never seen such a disgusting courier company in my entire life.. Why on earth Such people exist??
IT IS MORE SURPISINGLY THE ICIC BANK LTD USE THIS COURIER COMPANY FOR ALL THEIR OFFICIAL MAILS.. UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND UN BELIEVABLE..
MY COURIER NEVER REACHED ON THE PREVIOUS OCCASION AND AGAIN ICICI BANK USED THE SAME COURIER FOR MY DOCUMENTS... SO FAR 15 DAYS AND HAS NOT ARRIVIED.. ALSO IT IS BREACH OF DATA PROTECTION ACT..PROBABLY MY DATA HAS BEEN SOLD TO SOMEBODY...

PLEASE FOR GOODNESS SAKE DONT USE THEM AT ANY TIME

I request your intervention in this matter to send a notice to BlazeFlash for delivering the shipment ASAP.

Blazeflash Couriers — non delivery of shipment

i ve booed a parcel 2 my mumbai client on 12/11/2010 d parcel is nt et deliver n i m nt getting satisdactory answer 4m ur branch kindli rpli me w details as earli as possible d details of parcel is C NO [protected] BOOKED ON 12/11/2010 UR BluckknowRANCH ADRESS - 4-c ,meera bai marg,behind shakti bhawan ,hazratganj cont-[protected]

I sent a parcel from Delhi to Bhiwandi through Blazeflash Couriers AWB#[protected] on 29th January, 2013. After waiting for 20 days when the product was not delivered, i registered a complaint #32916. On 20th Febuary, 2013 i.e. today, the product has not yet been delivered. After calling the customer care, they said that the product has been delivered on 29th january, 2013, but intented party still havn't got the product till today.

When asked for the POD(Proof of delivery), they do not have the Proof of delivery and have no idea as of how to provide to the Customer. Even tracking the shipment on http://www.blazeflash.com/TrackDetail.aspx?awbno=[protected], the product have not been delivered. For which the Customer Executives are saying the Information is not updated and will be updated.

I am seriously need of some help.
