What Blazeflash Couriers Limited preaches they dont practice. I had booked a consignment from Aizawl/Mizoram on 14/09/2011 vide CN *[protected]* for Ranchi/Jharkand, after making as many as 30 calls right from its originating place to its Gauhati office and finally to its destination, the Consignment has finally reached on 23/09/2011 but to my utter dismay the consingment is yet to be delivered till my formal lodging of this complaint at 12.43 PM on 26/09/2011.My repeated calls to Blazeflash Office at Ranchi have evovled no results, I have spoken to one Smt. Rinky who is not all aware of the importance of the customer making a call from a distance place like Aizawl/Mizoram.Will the Management of Blazeflash please wake up from their SLUMBER and do the needful of delivering the Consigment at the earliest.
