[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Pvt Ltd — Delay in delivery

blazeflashcourier — Non delivery consignment

Consignment no.[protected] which was shipped from Delhi to Kalyan (Mumbai) on 05/102/2013 has been not yet delivered to the recipient. I have tried all the phone nos. of Corporate office, Customer service centre, regional office listed on www.blazeflash.com, but none of phones can be connected even after trying continuously. emails sent to the addresses mentioned in the website complaint lodge with the Blazeflash but documents lying still Ghatkoper ( Mumbai ) more than 15 days, please try to despatch the consignment to Kalyan without fail.

we sent a courier to Bhopal M.P on 16.01.2014 by your Gaya branch its no. is[protected] and today is 27th jan 2014 means 12 days passed and document has not been received their till now and when we call to R.K.MISHRA manager(incharge of bihar) he told us that document has been delivered but when we asked addressee of Bhopal then it has not been delivered their till now and when we called MISHRA again then he is not responsing on call.service of courier is deterioting day by day.so we are requesting u to take a quick action because those documents are so important.i[censored] get any information about document please contact
