My name according to my marksheet is Md. Danish. I have completed my 10th in the year 2003 and 12th in the year 2005. Currently i am pursuing PGDM from Lucknow.
I am willing to apply for CFA exam but I am encountering a problem in registration. In my First name that is Md, it is not acceptable in CFA online registration form as it is only 2 letter word.
I want to change my first name to Mohammad.

Few months back with my friends we pay a sum of 7500Rs in an office name , ST MARYS CONSULTANCY AND MANNAKULITHIL INSTUTUITE , ATHIRUMPUZHA , KOTTAYAM, KERALA for job and registration to DENMARK. But we didn’t get any use for that.. Two weaks back when we went to consultancy they closed the office and there is no one to repaly for our money.

At that time around 4000 people paid 7500Rs in the office police and neabiours also saying like that.. Now is closed his office and escaped with more than 3 crore Rupees and his name is Mr. Raju Kurian Mannakulithil..

So sir will you please help as to find him for getting back our money or please make a detail enquiry for this

I totally disagree with the complaint. Mr. Raju Kurian Mannakulathil helped lots of people to go abroad over the last 5-10 yrs. And he really wanted to use the opportunity of Denmark opening as he did with UK opening. The money I spent is for document preparation for Denmark Nursing council registration. And he never offered a job. He told that very clearly in his seminar and I was present in the seminar.

Thanks for your mail. i really don't know what is happening. Somebody just complained Mannakulathil Institute and St. Marys Consultancy cheating and taking 7500 Indian rupees people for job offer in Denmark. It is absolutely wrong. Do you think with 7500 rs. somebody will get job in Denmark with monthly payment of 4 to 5 lakhs. If the country like USA, UK, Canada, Denmark, Germany, etc. if anybody looking for job, first upon they have to be qualified in the countries, get the professional licenses. If it is a qualified doctor or nurses from India to look for jobs in various countries, they supposed to be qualified and get license from the above countries. Indian qualified professionals to work in foreign countries, 1st upon, they fulfill the requirement of language and education. So, if the people wish to apply for the job, they need to get approval (license) from various countries. For that in the USA, doctors have to pass USMLE. Nurses have to pass RN exam. In UK, doctors have to pass FLABE exam and nurses have to pass IELTS and adaptation course. In Canada, doctors have to pass Canadian Board Examination and nurses have to pass Canadian RN. Same in Australia, Newzealand, and other countries. To appear this kind of examination, there should be a fee. Samething in Denmark. If anybody wishes to apply foreign trained people to wish to apply for job, they qualified Denmark Professional Bodies. It will cost application fees and translation fees. If somebody paid those fees, it's nothing concern with me. then how did they complained against me.
I have a language institute and preparing languages and translations in various languages not in a recruitment activities and I am not an authority to provide jobs in various countries. I am not the government to provide jobs. If anybody sent an application paid application for nursing council etc. It has nothing to do with me. In example, Indian Nursing Councils send a verification form. They are charging minimum 5000 rs. just to write a few words and nobody complaining it's cheating. If I am providing 6 month language classes and paying 5000 rs, people will say I am cheating.
People are writing IELTS more than 10 times and paying 80000 rs.., nobody is complaining they are cheating. Doctors and nurses they appearing USMLE, CGFNS, RN exam, IELTS, and spent more than 2 lakhs, nobody is complaining. To getting job and professional bodies qualifications are totally different. Now thousands of nurses wasted money to appear the CGFNS, RN exams, IELTS, World Education Verifications, and transcript verification to pay Indian professional councils .
Anyhow, since 2000 and onwards, I have really helped without any monitory benefits and helped thousands of people and they earned cores and core of rupees.Nobody is saying thanks. If anybody got any doubt or complaint regarding me, they can verify my activities and how much people I saved from India.
Just one person is writing a complaint and publishing it. It is going to damage my and my family's reputation. If anybody got complaint, give their full address and telephone number then we can verify their problems.
Therefore, I am requesting you, if anybody is writing a complaint, please mention their address and telephone number then we can clarify on what is his problem. My name is Raju Kurian Mannakulathil. I was running a language institute and preparing the documents in different languages. Since 2000, I have helped thousands of families to settle in UK, Ireland, West Indies, USA, Canada, and Australia. The name of the company is Mannakulathil Institute & St. Mary’s Consultancy. Due to the business promotions, I was traveling different countries and opened offices in
India (Cochin, Bombay. Banglore, Manglore, and Delhi.)
Middle East (Dubai, Baharin, )
Europe (London, Manchester, Scotland, Ireland, Poland, Romania, etc.)
US (Atlanta, Houston)
Canada (Calgary)
Australia (Melbourne)
Being an European citizen almost all the investment in India was in my family member’s (mother & brother) names, because it was not clear whether I could buy land or make investment as an overseas citizen. I did all the business investment and the account and finance was looking after by my brothers in 2008. when I had serious finical problem, I was asking about the accounts. The company got profit around cores of rupees. I was told the business is running in loss and no balance in the account. I came to know that I was cheated. Then the brothers and family members told others that I am a mental patient and nothing to do with me then they opened independent office in Kottayam in 2009.
They want to take the good will of my company. They want to shut down my office in Athirampuzha and they were trying for that.
In 2009, there were some possibilities opened for Denmark. Those who are proficient in Danish language can get into the adaptation program which qualify them to work in Denmark. And during the period so many qualified people went to Denmark also and you can check it in the Danish embassy in New Delhi. The medical professionals required to register in the professional council in Denmark in seeking license. Then they will give a decision letter how to get license. In order to get license, there is a lot of requirements that have to be fulfilled. So many people approached Danish embassy to get a translation and documentation to send application to the professional bodies and spent a huge amount. In order to place application, it required Danish translations, registration fees, courier charges, etc. Some people approached our office asking for the help to prepare the applications and they sent the application themselves. My office helped those people to prepare the document. That process involved the expenses for the courier service, translation fee, nursing council verification fees which is not refundable.
Same as in UK. For example, if a nurse wanted to get a professional body registration (NMC) they need to send by courier, NMC registration fee, nursing council verification expenses. Once they spent, it won’t be refundable.
Same as in Ireland. Ireland professional bodies (ANBORD). If they spend they will not get back their money.
Same as in USA. To write CGFNS and RN and fail or pass the exam whatever the money they paid they will not get it back.
Same as in Canada and Australia also.
Even same as in India. Somebody studied nursing or medicine and they are not getting a job in India, no institutions will pay the amount for the education back.
Same as in Denmark. Approximately, they spend 100 pounds towards the expense of translation fees, courier charges; application fees, and will not be refunded.
I explained everybody who came to the office about how hard to learn Danish language. Even though we are studying English and get IELTS it is very hard. And also executed contracts between candidate and our company and it is clearly mentioned what the activities I did.
Meantime, my brother Sabu Kurian opened the office in Kottayam and he used these opportunities to take an advantage. He published in many of the leading newspaper in India and mentioned that he got office in Denmark and contract from government of Denmark and he will give employment in Denmark. He started to take registration from Cochin, Kottayam and he partnered with British Malayi Newspaper owner.
British Malayali given ad against me and mentioned that they are the right authorized agent for Denmark. Mannakulathil Institute & St. Mary’s Consultancy is a fraud and published several articles against me and my company. After a month, he mentioned that nothing is going to be worked out. I’ll take everyone to UK as a student because that time was very easy to get a visa to UK and he twisted the situation to make more profit from them by taking them to UK in student visa. Whatever the registration he got for the Denmark, he kept all the documents in his office. He did nothing and converted most of them to UK and misguided the people also. And he stopped the opportunities of many who could go to Denmark.
He put a false case against me in immigration department in New Delhi then logistic assembly in Kerela, then CBI special branch local police stations, and all came to inquiry about my activities. After the investigation, they came to know that I didn’t do anything illegal so they told I can continue my institution running. My opponents came to know that it has not helped to stop my activities then they publish several medias and paid to some quotation teams to stop my activities. They couldn’t find success on that either.
Finally, he approached some political leaders when I was not in my office. They came and destroyed and stole everything, including all documents. With the documents, he collected the number and called everyone and told them go and make trouble in my office in Athirampuzha. Then I approached the high court. I got the protection from high court and the high court instructed the police department that law and order should be maintained.
Then my opponent came to know that I am continuing my office. So he sent frequently quotation teams and was threatening my life. Still he is sending people to my office and making problems.
If anybody got any complaint between me and candidate, we have contract (written agreement) and can check them and then clearly understand that I didn’t do any fraud or cheat. Everybody whom I dealt with got original contract.
There is a fraud complaint placed in complaint cell that I am a cheater and offered job in Denmark and collected core and core and disappeared. And they put my family photo with my wife and children in the paper. This affected my family in their workplace and their social life and my son who is going to University. Please do necessary action to remove the complaint and the picture from the consumer cell. My family is going through hard time and I request the compensation for the same.
My company is not a recruitment company. I am not offering any jobs. My company’s activities are to teach different foreign languages and translate the documents as needed. I also mentioned in press conference and mentioned my activities also.
So, hereby I am humbly requesting protection of my family’s and my life and our safety and remove the complaint against me from blackmailing.
