[Resolved]  Bmc R-South Ward Officer — ILLEGAL PARKING BY PVT.CAR OWNERS ON THE CLOSED GUTTER @ PRAMOD TANNA RD.KANDIVALI(E),ADJACENT TO BUS TERMINUS WALL.

Respected Sir,
From the past several months, the "NO PARKING" Sign Boards mounted by the M'bai Traffic Police,Kandivali
(east) Ward have disappeared and even after bringing it to the notice of the concerned authorities no action has been taken till date and due to this inaction on the part of the Kandivali Traffic Police,unauthorised, ill-legal private car parkings are being done on the closed gutter being used as FOOT-PATHS by the residents of this area. I have taken several photographs but I am not knowing how to attach these photos to my said complaint,but I can submit them to you or the concerned authorities in-person at any time.
Not only that, the gas vendor i.e. when M/s MUKTA GAS AGENCY was operating the delivery of BHARAT GAS CYLINDERS in this particular area, they used to load-unload the gas cylinders on the same foot-path in question to my this complaint and the cement concreting covers on the said open gutters have been broken thereby making big pit-holes and it is not far that oneday some of the padestrian is going to fall into this open pit-holes. I had personally brought it to the notice of SHRI KABRE,R-SOUTH WARD OFFICER ON HIS OFFICIAL LANDLINE NUMBER[protected] on[protected] but till date no action has been taken and due to this, the B.E.S & T Officer's and their families have to face MOSQUITO NUISANCES as well as bad smell emitting out from this lid broken gutter-pit.
I have noticed that the BMC's R-SOUTH WARD OFFICER-SHRI KABRE as well as KANDIVALI ZONE's SENIOR TRAFFIC INSPECTOR-SHRI RAVINDRA PATIL are busy in the welfare and uplifting of the THAKUR PREMISES i.e. a particular residential area of the Thakur Complex as well as of the Thakur Village because of which there are being highlighted in the WEEKLY NEIGHBOURHOOD TIMES being circulated on every Thursday in the Kandivali (e) area and which is being published from the same area i.e. the Thakur Complex.It seems they both are very much aware that if no attendance is paid to the complaints received from the BEST OFFICER'S QUARTERS,no harm is done to them and that they are at no loss in any respect, but if no attendance is given to the particular areas of the Thakur Complex as well as the Thakur Village,they will be deprived from being promoted or what may come.
Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, please,before any resident/citizen walking on this road/footpath doesn't fall prey to the gutter pits.
