[Resolved]  Bmtc — Suvarna pass

Dear Sir

The BMTC has allowed Pushpak and daily passholders to travel in Suvarna buses from 5th February, thereby cheating the Suvarna pass holders for the month.
BMTC charged Rs 800/- for Suvarna passes from public, despite knowing that Pushpak pass holders would be allowed in Suvarna buses after 4 days.
BMTC has openly cheated public this way. It could have very well stopped issuing Suvarna passes for February. It clearly shows the roughshod intentions of BMTC in cheating customers.
When the officials were tried to reach, there was none in the Kempegowda Bus terminal. One traffic controller suggested to meet officials at Shantinagar BMTC office at 10 AM, as if all the working people who travel in BMTC can leave their own work to meet officials at their office hours for no mistake of public.
BMTC should either refund the money to Suvarna passholders or revert its decision to allow Pushpak and daily passholders to use Suvarna services atleast for the month of February. Of course, it can take off from March.
If BMTC does not come with any decision on this issue early, all frustrated Suvarna passholders should approach consumer court for justice.

Saying BMTC deliberately did that is over-estimating their organizational capabilities. BMTC is so darn big, compartmentalization of work has resulted in one Department not knowing what the other Depts are going to do. I doubt if anyone there had any intention to as you say "deliberately cheat", there is no financial incentive for the employees to do so.

I don't agree with your stance of making Suvarna buses exclusively for Suvarna pass holders, the fleet is running under a loss and is empty as it is. I believe most companies (including cell phone companies) have the right to change offers and plans as per their convenience.

I do hope BMTC will refund the difference in cost between the Pushpak and the Suvarna passes to custoomers like you.
Dear Sir
one more things i am leaved in nagasandra but that bus 259a Shivaji nagar to Dodda bidarukaluu one day came next day not come plz solve this things
bus stop at sujata theater shifted to side of the road, for just two days sarathi was giving signal to inside but again buses are stopping at main road please as soon as possible.
I find that in Bangalore Shivajinagar bus stand, a board displayed at the public toilet says that there is no charge for urnials but the man sitting in front of the toilet illegally demanding money from public for urinals. When appropriate charges are collected by BMTC through bus fare it is the duty of BMTC to provide and maintain hygienic public urinals/toilets at all bus stands and collecting money is illegal.
It is not the question of amount involved but the legality. The money demanded if not given the fellow uses abusive language in front of all. My question is to who is responsible for this and with whom we have to complain?
Definitely the money will not reach BMTC but goes to the man sitting in front of the toilet. This should be stopped. No body is raising the matter since the money collected is nominal. But still it is illegal.
If it should reach BMTC token machines should be installed or free toilets should be made available to public using BMTC busses.
