Hi Sir,
My name is prasad I am working in software company in bellandur . I am staying in kadubeesana hally.
Every day I yse to travel in bus bus ticket fare is Rs.6
every day conductors not giving ticket this is not in one bus in every bus if I give Rs 10 then they will return 5rs back If I ask for ticket they will not respond they are just moving to front. If I give exact change Rs 6 then also they are returning Rs 1 no one is giving ticket in outer ring road buses especially from marathally to bellandur route.

If we ask ticket also they are not giving I am feeling very bad about this.

And I am travelling in route from last 1 year I didnot saw any checking inspector in this route. Please do something stop these activities.
Dear Sir,
I am Shilpa Venkataramana working in a private concern and I travel from Hebbal to High Grounds (Hotel Chalukya) ... Usually the bus fare for this costs Rs.8.00 but today (25.04.2011) as I had no change I gave the Conductor Rs.100.00 and he gave Rs.10.00 ticket and returned Rs.90.00 and when I said that the bus fare is Rs.8.00 he said if you want change you should bring. Rs.2.00 is not a big issue but the way he spoke was really harsh and rude ... and he cant charge extra just that we didnt bring change ... this bus comes to Hebbal around 10.40 a.m to Hebbal and reaches Kaveri Bhavan (last stop) ... Please take relevant action on this matter ...

Thanking you,
Shilpa

GOOD AFTERNOON

FROM
Anitha.N
Past five years i am travelling by BMTC buses but the conductor behavior is very rood, i am requesting u one thing please in the morning duty put experienced conductors and drivers. in the sense, on time we are not able to reach work place because of driver and conductor negligence.if driver is past conductor is slow like this and also some conductors are behave rudely, if it is morning only they behaved like that means how? how we can spend whole day. conductors there all pressures and angry they ll take revenge with us. not only them even we have lot pressure on our head but we can't behave like them only even we can't think how we should be in bus.

so please explain or give them training how to behave with people. this is not including all conductor but here i like to specify almost 50% of bmtc conductors are like that only.

Dear official,

I bring this complaint to your notice with pain that we commuters need to undergo while travelling in your BMTC service which is the most sought reliable transport system in the city.

This incident took place on 26-Aug-2011 at around 9:10 am. I was actually trying to help a visually challenged person to get into the bus wherein he was relying on me to board him as he doesn't have vision power at all. He was trying to get to Peenya II stage and I was trying to help him to board the bus waiting at Jalahalli Cross.

At around 9:10 am, the bus route number 248, with the regestration number KA01 F 4697, was just heading towards Jalahalli Cross at the circle. The bus satrted getting moderatley crowded by the people. The visually challenged person whom I was trying to help him out to board the bus, asked me to help him by guiding him towards the front door. The driver suddenly got wild and started using Filth words and abused me in singular. He abused be by saying "Hogolo, akadege. Ningu Kannu Kanalveno" (in a rough tone). He went on with more filthy words but I had to handle the visually challenged person and thereby I couln't argue with him.

Visually challenged people relay strongly on others for support to commute from one place to another.Abusive words like these would ot not hurt their emotions but also can diminsh their self confidence. I do not understand why does BMTC employees such ill-mannered employees who instead of carrying the organisations pride, spoil thier brand name.

Sir, I seek your kind response to this. I view BMTC as a service more than an Opreating business. I do understand the in peak hours it is dufficult to control the public, but atleast your drivers must atleast cast expected politeness to physically challenged persons, which is a basic humane tendency.

Seeking you kind reply,

Regards,
Arun

Hello, I am serving in Indian Air Force and presently posted at Bangalore (Yelahanka). I approached the Office of BMTC at Bus Stand, New Town Yelahanka on 24 Aug 11 for obtaining bus pass for my school going child. In response, on hearing conversation in Eenglish/Hind, staff behaved in rude, irritated manner and tried to manhandled for even no fault. This misbehave of an Indian with an Indian Air Force Personnel due to language difference made me frustrated and also I could not find any help line to put my complaint forward. We, as defence personnel, serve the people of the Nation during various requirement irrespective of cast, creed and language. Thanks and hope the change of mindset of Kannadians towards their fellow countrymen.
Rude behavior of Driver and Conductor in BMTC Bus
Bus No. G9, From Shivaji Nagar to Yalahanka
Hi,
This Umashree working in TATASKY head office, I usually travel in BMTC bus from Jayamahal to Hebbal but yesterday I had a very bad experience with conductor and driver…I got into bus in Hebbal Dairy gate at 5:35pm and I have to get down in Jayamahal, my bus fare is Rs.11 but every day we cannot give change so I gave Rs.20 to conductor but he did not gave the change even though he has change, I started asking for change from Mekhri circle but he delayed to give till my stop comes, I requested a driver to stop the bus for a minute instead of stopping the bus in my destination he starting shouting very badly and stopped the bus in between a way not even in the next stop.
When government is providing salaries to those people why should they fill there pockets with passengers change? This is not matter of change it is the matter of service.
Driver should not only know the driving, he should have some commonsense how to behave with others.
This type of horrible drivers and connectors should sacked off, they are not capable of being a government employees. I really don’t know how the action will be taken on them but I want to know what action has been taken or suggest a best place to launch a complaint on priority.

Thanks & Regards,
Umashree.
