[Resolved] BOB TECH SOLUTIONS — Pathetic situation of newly joined IT recruiters | |||
I too agree with the complaints...I worked as a recruiter in bob tech n the condition of recruiters were also pathetic...As like u candidates were suffering,we too were suffering to the maximum. While joining they gave us a very good impression and later on everything began changing...We were not paid upto the salary mentioned while joining. we were made to work like slaves even during weekends and around 10+ hrs work schedule daily.And what I felt more pity was for the IT candidates who were called for interviews to client places....At times,when the candidates from far off places reach the interview location,the final moment,our team leads ask us to tell the candidates that their interview is cancelled and so on or other times,even the client company wont be given the information that such a candidate would reach there to attend interview...lots of such worthless experiences there.Those team leads and superiors made us(HR Recruiters) work like fools n slaves,n we must obey to all their foolish orders.They hardly allow us to take leave even during emergency.When we submit a resignation,first they play a lot with us without accepting it n then ask us to work one month of notice period n finally when the notice period is about to complete,they come and say they wont be paying us for that last month and also they wont give us our PF and such.Precisely speaking I worked very hard and helped them place around 8 candidates in 2 months,infact we are supposed to be paid around Rs.2000 incentive,if we place one candidate....but these people didnt even pay me the incentives for 8 people,when I was leaving the company,and finally for all those months of hard work and effort,they didnt even give me an experience certificate while leaving the company(infact I had to quit my job due to some serious personal issues)....I regret wasting my life there for all those months....So one request to all o[censored] out there....Please be careful while approaching BOB TECH SOLUTIONS,Bangalore...P.S I wont ever deny the fact that the CEO of the company is really a very good person,all such frauds happen inside the company without the CEO's knowledge... I attended for the interview in Bob Tech Solutions Recently. I didn't like the behavior of C.E.O who interviewed me . Don't join in BOB Tech Solutions mainly Girl candidates.Beware of CEO.

I Truly Agree with you for the Fact that this Company is not best choice for any Freshers or Experienced Guys.This Place is not the Safe Bet for any Candidates(Freshers or Experienced).
I Present you my Situation which happened with me from BOB Tech Solutions.which made from life really Miserable in Month of OCT, 2013. .
the CASE==>
BOB Tech run the Company with around 5 Clients with ARIS GLOBAL being one of the Major Client.I was having 3+ years of Experience, I Initially was Approached by BOB TECH for Oppurtunity in ARIS GLOBAL(Mysore Location)on Aug25, 2013 and asked me to take Interview with ARIS GLOBAL on AUG 26, 2013. I took Interview in ARIS GLOBAL and got Selected.then I was Presented the Offer Letter on Sep21, 2013 and I was asked to Join on Sep30, 2013.then Since the Joining Location of ARIS GLOBAL Company was given in MYSORE location.I was asked by this BOB Tech People to look for Accomodation(Paying Room Rent for Myself).So I started looking and had got a house in mysore before Sep30, 2013.Then Thinking that I Can shift the Job, I Resigned my Job which I was Working and Started Serving Notice Period till 30, Sep2013.
then When Sep30, 2013 Came, I finished my Last WORKING day in the Previous Company and when i Came to BOB Tech solutions.the BOB People Said that the Induction in ARIS GLOBAL happens only on MONDAY and WEDNESDAY and since 01Oct, 2013 falls on Tuesday and 02Oct, 2013 is holiday on account of Gandhi Jayanthi.So you have to wait till next Monday (07-OCT-2013) for Your joining Date.so I waited till 07-OCT, 2013.then When the Monday(07-OCT) Came, BOB Tech People said that Client has not yet confirmed till now about when Joining happens.So they told that i will have to wait.then they went on saying this same reason whenever i Called them.and one fine day on SEP18, 2013, they told me that the offer is on hold(Project got cancelled itseems) and they told me that I will have to look for another Oppurtunity on my own.
By Telling like that, they just messed up with my career and left me in situation, where I left my Previous Job(only upon their the Confirmation).and when I Came here, I was not given any offer.and I was asked to vacate the Room in Mysore which i had taken for Rent on Sep, 2013.I was at Terrible Loss beacuse of IDIOTIC thing and Un Professional Attitude Shown by BOB TECH People.
Since I was given Offer Letter, when i asked for the Room Rent Expenses(which i had made Room in Mysore only upon their Confirmation) and for Salary advances(atleast Half salary which I expected for my Monthly expenses to take care of), they completely denied it.They did not give a Single Rupee.when ever i asked any person in BOB TECH about the Room rent and Salary Expenses, they used to Pass the Buck to another Person telling Iam not Right Person, You have to ask Vice President.then when i asked Vice President, he use to tell that I dont have any control over it, You Have to ask Finance Team.and when i ask the Finance Team.they used to tell to ask the Vice President as he has Authority Power and it was like merry go round for me asking to Person A...then Person B Inside BOB Tech.
So Overall guys, this BOB Tech SOLUTIONS is not Trustable and Right Place for any candidates(Experienced or Freshers).these guys dont have back up plans in case the Project backs off in middle.this is completely Client Driven Company.If Client has Project and gives it, then they Run the SHOW.Or else, if Client doesnt have Project, or if it happens like my case(where at the time of Recruiting a Candidate, the Project will be Confirmed by the Client to BOB Tech People and at the time of Joining or just before that, if Project gets Cancelled by Client or gets on Hold).then they will Leave You in Dire Straits.they dont have any BACK UP PLAN In Case, if Project get Cancelled or get on HOLD by Client.
So Please Guys, Dont waste Your time looking for Oppurtunity from BOB TECH SOLUTIONS.Use Your Time for Looking Another Oppurtunity.

BOB Tech Doesnt have Commitment towards any Candidate, they dont show any Professionalism in their work and lack the Attitude.it is client driven company, if Client gives them work, then they will Run the Show.or else, (Tai Tai FISH)...!
