[Resolved] BookMyShow.com — Got spoofed while booking movie ticket online using my ICICi Debit card

Got spoofed while booking movie ticket online using my ICICI Bank Debit card I booked a movie ticket from www.bookmyshow.com at around 4.00pm on 25th of Dec 2009. But i didn't received any message in my mobile or email account provided. The amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account with description <BIL[protected]>INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/BOOK. I wrote to [protected]@bookmyshow.com twice but no reply. I tried to contact bookmyshow on their contact no but line is always busy Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I tried to book for a Saturday show, and tried to avail the offer for VISA SIGNATURE card. However I got the attached error message. Ridiculous, isn't it ??

Sorry, I am not able to upload the screen shot of the error message. It reads "-4011-This offer is valid only for shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday".

Hi,

I also tried to avail Visa Signature debit card's buy 1 and get 1 offer, getting the same error. "-4011-This offer is valid only for shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday".

It seems like ICICI and BookMyShow fooling the customers by presenting these OFFERS.
