BookMyShow.com — Cancellation of Ticket

i have booked the ticket at dt city center and in online i have booked for 06.11.15 but its on confirmation it come 5.11.15 its disgusting, they are not able to change the date or to refund if you have facility to book by online there should be some alternative options, but it seems like cheated and earning money nothing else

wrongly i booked the ticket vasai against of vashi after that i want to cancel the ticket but there is no option to cancellation in Bookmyshow this is very bad side.

These cheaters are very smart...you book a ticket to your nearest theatre and the ticket is booked at some far location just to help you spend some more money...:)

Dear BOOKMYSHOW

Why can't you CANCEL the ticket when yatra, makemytrip and countless others can? These (yatra, makemytrip etc) also being aggregates can cancel the tickets although with heavy penalties. What is the difference in BOOKMYSHOW being aggregates for Cinemas and Yatra, MakeMyTrip being aggregates for airlines?

I guess they are same but BOOKMYSHOW is too nice to ti cinemas and loves money way too much.

Sir i am from Andhra Pradesh I Transferred My Money to Book my show my wallet Services but during transaction they did not mention about any of the terms like updation process but now when i am again asking they money back to transfer it to my bank account it is showing Error when i spoke to executives of their company they are telling that we are unclear of the matter and they are telling that u will be refunded soon even though my fund is small my concern is big how can i trust another time these fellows my money for no sake is being put on the service

I had booked tickets from BookMyShow.com for two cricket ticket. But due to certain reasons, I wanted to cancel my ticket. I called BookmyShow helpline number to cancel the tickets, one day before the show. But they refused my request. Even when I requested them to keep the service charges, and may be more but refund the rest of the amount, the customer acre executive completely refused. When I demanded to speak to their senior, . they promised to arrange a cal back which I never recveived.

Its completely cheating. You cannot say, it cannot be refunded. while i have booked ticket early two days before and still cannot be cancelled is a sad thing.

I am reading complaints regarding ticket cancellation from 2013.Its 2016 and am facing the same situation.Very bad site...Book My Show misleading people by not clearly mentioning about cancellation on their home page.

Same experience. Booked for the wrong movie. No cancellation, four tickets, Rs 620/= down the drain. I even doubt they changed the movie. There is no way I could have clicked a Hindi movie which was displayed far away from the movie I was trying to book the tickets for. Book My Show is a cheat.

Provide opportunity to cancel the ticket...other merchant sites do

i booked 20 tickets at the cost of 4800 approx and book my show, neuther PVR have any manners to revert atleast 40% of it.Pathetic service .No ieda why they need customer care .!!!

I booked a movie ticket on sunday for tuesday thru BMS at pvr select city walk, due to some reasons i wanted ti cancel the ticket but was refused by the ticket counter on face, i asked if it ca. Exchanged for sundays show but they said buy new tickets i[censored] want to watch the show. This is complete scam, one should be allowed to cancel the ticket if one wishes too...

such a worst site bcz they dont have return option/cancellation/exchange time and date options.

No cancellation after booking it's a fraud and no refund.

i have palced wrong date of booking, amount has been debited . bookmyshow website can have a facility of cancellation procedure before 24 hrs . i have placed bulk tickects its all worthless for me
