[Resolved]  BookMyShow.com — not registered my complaint of their website transaction error.

This regarding the issue of the tickets which I had tried to book for 10.45AM show but due to bookmyshow's technical issue I get the 10:45PM tickets booked. I discussed with the manager of wave cinema, Lucknow for my problem and he asked me to return the ticket at the ticket counter and assured me to give the money back once the tickets have been sold to other person who wants 10.45PM show on same day.

1 day later I went there to take my money back. On the ticket counter, the executive asked that manager is on leave so she asked to come later for taking ticket money back. She informed that my tickets have been sold and manager will call me on my cell number.
But 10 days have been passed no call I received.

Can you please help me regarding this. My bookingid was : WVLK[protected] (DATE 15 july,2012) (Movie - "Bol Bachchan")

Here is the conversation I had with your executive and he did not take my complaint seriously(i don't want refund but want the improvement of your service which unfortunately I could not get ):

Vijit Dudeja: We regret to inform you that since you had contacted the theatre then and since the refund is assured from their end we would be unable to assure you. Kindly contact the theatre because from our end we would not be able to provide any refund
prabhat omker: yes i know u can not refund
prabhat omker: but actual problem of transaction was from your website, i don't want the refund but want to raise a complaint that your site booked a wrong ticket.
prabhat omker: so just note a complaint and send it to your website technical team
prabhat omker: that actually i want.

prabhat omker: otherwise next time I and my other known people would not use your site beacuse i will tell them this incedent'
