BookMyShow.com — Refund of overcharging not done in over 30 days | |||
Bookmyshow.com charged me twice on my booking on 17-Sep-2012 for the movie Barfi! (booked through Standard Chartered Credit Card) While the amount was charged from my card but the ticket was not booked. On contacting Bookmyshow customercare twice in 2 weeks after booking, i was assured that i would get a refund in less than 21 days. Its one complete month but I am yet to receive a single penny. I request action be taken for the pathetic service of refund technology that the company maintains. Was this information helpful? | |||
