[Resolved] Bosia Recliner — Old & Dirty Piece supplied and not being replaced...
I bought a new Bosia make Electronic Recliner from home Town last week (Saturday) on 4th July, 2009.
I was shocked to see how a very dirty & dilapidated Recliner was supplied to me upon receipt at home. Thereafter, your entire sales team tried offering my DRY CLEANING SERVICE, POLISHING SERVICE and what not to clean up the dirty old piece...
Till date (13th July, 2009) the recliner has not been replaced nor did I receive any written nor verbal confirmation of the date by which I will receive the recliner.
If you do not take necessary action to replace the piece of that you delivered, please be ready to face the photo of your recliner on mass media as I am going to do everything in my power to make you pay for it.
