No proper network...
to call customer care they charges 50 paise per minute...
not able to activate caller tune...

work hard on your network guys...

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we need to bring to your kind notice that I have visited you malad gallery 2 times for above related subject but still there is no revert from your end.

I took 20 sim cards combo plan from your end out of those these 3 numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] are active on todays date & the number mentioned above is a part of it which I have given to disconnect before 2-3 months which I want to make it activate once again & it is still disconnected.

I also requested them to know the status of this number if its allotted to somebody, I don’t need it, but if it there, I need the same number back on which malad gallery people says you will never get this number back.

On the same subject, I also tried to talk on your hotline number, to Ms. Nayana Gautam after repeated whole story she is saying to visit again to malad gallery.

I also want to bring to your notice that 17 numbers which was disconnected, I want to make it start again for which I wanted to know the status of the same which you people could not give.

Kindly tell me the status of this number as well please make me out from the combo plan & be into a normal plan of above given numbers.

Myself lalit mehta, my cell [protected], i am from jalandhar i call your service centre mr s p electronics he says i am unable to come to attend the complant please send you tv at our office when i drop my tv at his service centre he say daily i see today i see today after 10 days he says i am helpless to solve the problem this not a behavior look like a multy national company service centre i dont see this type of poor service in my hole life i think bpl has not required any business from the market i advice in my known circle to dont use any bpl product .this behavour may spoil companies repuetation

BPL — balance deduction

Dear Sir,
I Ashwin omble my family member which is my aunt ,she used loop simcard since last 2 years .her mob. no. is [protected]. since last 3 to 4 month our balance will be deducted because of several scheme which cannot be giving permission from me.without any permission scheme will be activated & balance still now deducted.
. I called several times customer care but they can not solve my problem due to system problem.every time they called me that ur request can be registered here & ur scheme can be deactivated.bue they cannot provide good services.
Thats i will not using this sim card,&its because of loop mobile illegally services.
