Mobile Service Provider: Loop Mobile — rejection of number mobility request

i have sent a complaint earlier too. because of them not agreeiing for number portability, i have made huge looses as had to change my number.

Loop Mobile (Prepaid) — Deduction of balance without intimation.

I am loop prepaid user from last two years. and i have noticed that from last one month every night my balance deducted approx 2.00-2.50 rs. and from last 2 days its deducted 4.50-4.75 rs.

and for the same i have called many times at mobile assists but every time i got the same reply i.e. server down. and they refuse to regd my complain for the same.

and when i asked about to transfer call to senior or demanding for the nodal officer email address, the directly disconnect my call every time.

the list of some customer care executive who's not replying and not even taking my complain are as follows:

Loop Mobile — bad service

i am ronak , am using a loop Sim card , i requested for a bbm service on 24th of may & my balance got detected on 25th of may ,today its 30th may and my service is still not activated , i request you to please active my service. thank you

Do anyone know this? I got an email offering $3000 - This looks like a fake!!!

disconnection of my SIM

i am custmor of LOOP mobile since long time I have regular paid my bill but since last week my no. was disconnected with out any information please look into the matter
