finally my complaint was addressed by brandmile.com and they have refunded my money.i have no issues with them now.

The white cermaic stone seems to have broken at some point in transit or during handling by one of the stores we retail our shoes at. We regret that it has reached you in this state. We request you to send the shoes to us and we will get it new stones replaced free of cost and send the shoes back to you. Please be assured that there will be no defect in the shoe. brandmile has refunded my money.i don't have any further complaints with either brandmile or stoffa.
i reuqest adminsitration/[protected]@https://www.consumercomplaints.in to remove this complaint as my issue with brandmile has been resolved.
I just received my shoes tod and I must say I am so disappointed. The shoes are defective and torn at several place. This kind of service is totally unprofessional and unethical. my order no. was BM8V97VX. Please look it up immediately and either replace the product or return my money.
