[Resolved] B.R.Gas Service, Chandanagar — Not picking up phone calls for gas booking | |
I have calling on the nos. 23033444, 23034222 of B.R. Gas Service for Indane located at 5-50, Chandanagar, Hyderabad - 500 050.But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy... I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and avoid inconvience to gas users in this area. Was this information helpful? | |

I agree 100% with you. No one picks up the phone, you need to visit.
For a local transfer, I need to visit 5 times and got it after 7 days !!! (I got many intercity transfers and on the same day, I got a connection in every occasion)
The number allotted to me was an existing number - I need to run from pillar to post to get it rectified.
Though the name is changed, the old records remain in the database, which show I have availed subsidy 2 times already !!!
No one picks up phone, no delivery even after 10 days of booking.
Horrible gas agency I have ever seen !!!

I have submitted my transfer documents exactly a month ago but till now I have not been issued with the connection. I have never faced this situation in past. Services rendered here are pathetic. Can anyone look in to this
There are lot of complints are there with this BR Gas agency and no one is taking any action and the delivery of the gas refile is getting delayed for almost 10 to 15 days every time, if any case at the time of delivery no one is there in the house they are not trying for the second time also simply say that it will be delivered in the next day but for the next day we need to call up and ask every day if god's grace is there it will delivered in 10 days other wise god knows. Is There any way to get this resolve.
