[Resolved] Britannia Industries Limited — Poor Quality | |||
Dear Sir, I had lodged a complaint with Britannia Industries Ltd (Complaint No. 7749) about poor quality of biscuit manufactured by them. Only once the company representative Mr. Nandakumar called and informed that a rep will visit me for more details. But no action taken as of now. The matter is pending since 45-60 days. The biscuit had very strong black spots and I had to clean with liquid soap. It is a serious health hazard. In the interest of the public, request your intervention or kindly let me know how to proceed further to get explanation / apology letter from Britannia Industries Ltd.
