[Resolved] Britannia Top Biscuit — Found a piece. of hair in a biscuit

On 28th Aug we bougt a Britannia Top Biscuit pkt. and found a pcs. of hair in a biscuit. Immediately we inform company customer care at 12:30 noon, but till today they not even bother to say sorry.

What the Govt. Authorities are doing? Probally they are the best company in India. If they can do what about others---? Children and patients normally take biscuit as a safe food.
